The Moulin de la Vallais

Relax at this enchanting riverside house that was the bakery many years ago. Lovely views all around the house and isolated so you can sit in the garden and listen to the river but know that you are five minutes from St Hilaire du harcouet. The river is next to the property with a large patio area to relax in and a lovely place for walks. There is also fishing sites just outside the property. See on line for fishing restrictions. It is also 30 minutes from Mont Saint Michel.

The apartment has been fully renovated in 2024 and is on the ground floor of the house with private entrance. There is a private section of the garden exclusively for you with charcoal BBQ and seating areas. The property is located 6 metres from the River Orne giving you unique views from the lounge and bedroom. Enjoy a bright townhouse with the option to park a vehicle in front of the house or in the nearby parking lot. All shops within walking distance (bakeries, butchers, tobacconists, grocery stores ...see my guide ), bus station and SNCF. Very well equipped accommodation. A renovated old cider barn, with plenty of original character beams. A cosy lounge and well equipped kitchen are found on the ground floor. Access to the first floor is up a spiral stair case, leading to a large open bedroom and bathroom, plus a separate Sipper bath located on a small mezzanine.
