Jose's place is amazing! His attention to detail is unmatched. We had everything we needed right there in the apartment! It's in a great centralized location making it easy to get around! I would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful Paradise in Condado I absolutely loved my stay at this Condado apartment! The location is perfect, just steps from the beach, with the soothing sound of waves as the only noise. The space was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Jose was fantastic—super responsive and attentive to all my inquiries. Flexible with check-in. If I could stay here year-round, I definitely would. Highly recommend! Gabriela

It was terrific. We were right on the beach (2nd floor) and the apt is great. The beach is very popular, esp on weekends, so it would not be ideal if you are looking for a super quiet neighborhood. It didn't bother us though (and we are not partiers). It is very well secured. The air conditioning worked well although between the ceiling fans and the ocean breeze, we rarely used it. George was very helpful any time we needed anything.

Wow the Condo is beautiful beachfront views the place is very well setup with pretty much everything you need. Great location not far from old San Juan. All restaurants around are delicious no need to rent a car nor anything for beach Milly has everything you need 4 types of coolers beach towels chairs and umbrella. Her kitchen is stocked with some of your essentials bathroom is fully stocked. Kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you need Milly shows you where everything is and how to plug into generator if needed we didn't need it. The views are breathtaking waiting sunrises and sunsets from your bed is everything locals and other traveling guests are friendly. Great drinks all-round 2 bars with kitchen right outside of pool before beach. Beach is directly in front 8 steps away. We will definitely be back again soon. If you book don't let the outside of building scare you it's in desperate need of attention but the Condo inside is hands down beautiful you will enjoy stay.

AN ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL HOME TO STAY IN IF YOU DEICED TO STAY IN SAN JUAN. EXTREMLY CLOSE TO THE BEACH NICE VIEW FROM THE KITCHEN TABLE AND WALKING DISTANCE FROM ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING YOU WISH FOR. If I come back to San Juan this will be the place I return to for sure!!! 10/10

This apartment was perfect we were 2 couples and we each had our privacy but also had good amount of shared space to hang out in. The apartment was spotless and the air conditioning works amazing and Felix as a host was so responsive and his instructions were on point. Definitely will recommend this place to anyone wanting to go to PR and the area was perfect for visiting viejo San Juan we got $5 Ubers.

This airbnb was perfect! Gerardo was very quick at responding and suggested multiple restaurants in the area to try out, as well as some activities. The view from the balcony is unreal. It was very spacious and could easily accommodate 4-6 people if needed. We had a blast! Thank you, Gerardo.

This place was very clean, smelled great, and comfortable. There were 4 of us stayed at this place and it was perfect for us. Having a stove and microwave was very helpful. The Roku tv was a nice touch. The beds were super comfy.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Diana’s! From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly accommodating—quick to respond, helpful with local tips, and genuinely kind. The location couldn’t have been better. Close to lots of restaurants and coffee shops. The space itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Diana has beach chairs and towels readily available so no need to buy those. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in town!

So convenient with everything. Beach gear, parking, walking distance, and even food in the area. Check in was easy and space was very clean. Made our vacation in Puerto Rico that much more memorable

This condo was a delight! It was impeccably clean upon arrival, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at home. The location was absolutely fantastic, offering easy access to everything we wanted to do. The highlight, though, was definitely the beautiful pool and the direct beach access right through the pool area. It made going for a swim in either the pool or the ocean incredibly convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway.

We loved this place!! The location is great. A two minute walk from to the beach and several places to eat on the strip. There’s a 24 pharmacy across the street and a Grocery store five minutes away in an uber. I would most def recommend this Airbnb!!

This place is amazing. Exactly like the pics.. Right across from the beach and a bunch of restaurants. Great amenities and very easy access. Aracelis was a great host. Very responsive and communicated well. I would definitely book with her again!!!!

I had a fantastic stay at this studio apartment in San Juan! The space was roomy and comfortable, with a great retro look blended with modern touches. I especially appreciated the large bathroom, king-size bed, and the private balcony. The private pool and direct beach access were definite highlights—it felt like a little oasis. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the 24-hour front entrance security made me feel very safe. The building had a friendly vibe, with both guests and residents being welcoming. The location was also perfect—just a short walk to some excellent restaurants and local spots. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and secure getaway in San Juan!

We did have a very good stay at the Penthouse. The place was extremely clean and the beach and pool areas were great. The food near the T-Mobile area was excellent and the site seeing was also great! Unfortunately getting in with our rental car was very difficult because the front gate was not open and we had to park outside and wait for someone to let us into the parking area and it was a difficult task to say the least, finally did get in and there are no signs to point you to the elevators after we parked our rental vehicle which would had been very helpful since my mother is handicap. All in all that I would recommend you staying at there Penthouse because we really did have a great time and left the place in accumulate condition as we found it. Thank you Joes and Rose. M. Cruz

Thank you for the stay! It was our second stay in this penthouse and we really enjoyed it. Very comfortable and conveniently located. Nice desk set up if you need to do some work. Will be back and recommend to others!

Stephen and the OptArt Managers went the extra mile to make our 5 day stay enjoyable. The space was better than the photos.They provided accurate access instructions and were extremely responsive with the messaging. They also checked in mid stay to ensure that all was good. Beach access was extremely convenient and multiple keyfobs were a plus. Beach chairs, cooler, umbrellas made the trip down to the beach smooth and comfortable. The building and the community pool were clean and well maintained. We had a great time and would positively recommend. We will definitely be back!

The condo was fantastic. Balcony was small but great view of the beach. Close to the airport and about 10-15 minutes from great breakfast restaurants! There was restaurants across the street but we didn't try them. walgreens was right across the street as well. Gigi was a great host! She checked on us daily, left us some small snacks and beverages, and even delivered detergent one day! The complex also felt safe and secure.

Jorge was amazing host. He was respectful and responds fast. He is friendly and kind and very helpful. The place was outstanding with clean and new furniture. There was nothing that we disliked about the place. The beds were comfy and the living room was perfect for late night movies or chilling with friends. The one thing that we disliked about the place is that the beach was a bit far as it takes around 25-35 min walk were you will take an uber if you had a lot of things with you. Everything else was great.

Great location! Just walk out to the beach, across the street to a 24-hour market or pharmacy, and only a 5-7 minute ride to the airport. There are beach chairs, a cooler and other equipment on hand to make your day in the sun everything you need. Eric is very helpful and responsive, making our reservation, arrival and checkout extremely easy. Highly recommend for much needed R&R.

We are a family of 5: my husband, son, mother, mother-in-law, and I. My son is 3 and my mother is 87. The apartment was excellent for all of us and every need. We were able to cook every meal that we planned. We felt at home. Excellent location. Ample parking space. Super quiet and comfortable. Mariloly was a great host that responded promptly to all our inquiries. This place is worth every penny.
