Here you’ll find a comfy, secluded, private home on the banks of the Medina river, located 45 minutes outside of San Antonio and a short 15 minute drive to Bandara. This recently renovated two bedroom all rock home has a bonus room, a large full bath, spare half bath, and everything a family could need to enjoy a great trip to the Medina river. The river is very family friendly and 100 yards directly in front of the house.

When the Frio River calls, stay at Deer Run 7, a spacious four bedroom, four-bath cabin (with two lofts) in Concan. The cabin is within steps of food, convenience and liquor stores. Nearby is a hiking trail, public swimming pool, and miniature golf. There is an outdoor fireplace and separate fire pit, horseshoe pits, corn hole boards (bean bags included), disc golf basket (discs included), and volleyball net (ball included).

We use this home ourselves and have young kids, so it is stocked better than most rentals and (relatively) kid friendly. Near Lost Maples Park (less than 10 min), Garner Park (30 min), Utopia (10 min), Leakey (20 min), Medina (20 min).
