My place is close to family-friendly activities, Garner state park (3 miles), Lost Maples state park, Frio river crossings, Leakey, Concan, Utopia, Kerrville, Uvalde, three sisters bike roads. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets), Pets are an additional $15 per pet, per night. Pets Fees billed after you book, b/c there is no option on Airbnb. The Cozy is located towards the front of our 17 acres about 75 ft from Hwy 83.

A covered porch offers a view of the calm lake, framed by trees and hills. A comfortable seating area with light-colored cushions is visible, along with a rustic wooden table and an additional decorative element. The wooden floorboards add warmth to the outdoor space.
