Spacious 2-story house with patio

You'll love my apartment. It's very spacious (ideal for groups) with two floors and two bathrooms. It's totally independent with an individual entrance, and it's a fully recycled house. It is very conveniently located, as it is in a villa crespo area just two blocks from PALERMO. It is a few blocks from Metro line B (subway) and Plaza Serrano. There is a parking lot 50 meters away. The area is very safe and bright at night with great activity on weekends. The best location.
