There is also sun room (shared with the host) with access to the garden and huge sun deck where you can enjoy south view on the city. Convenient location in Coquitlam-Millardville. Option to self check with the key in the key-box. The house is situated on the slope of the hill; there are comfortable access steps (2 x 8 steps) from the lower parking to the suite.

All kinds of restaurants, liquor store, 24 hrs Seven Eleven store are close by, within 10 minutes walking distance. Our location is not recommended for guests who want to be close to downtown Vancouver, or are looking for proximity to Vancouver proper. We are 35 min via car from downtown Vancouver, 45 min drive from YVR Vancouver International Airport. We do not accept any 3rd party bookings. If you are not staying here, you cannot book for someone else.
