Vacation rentals with a sauna in Madrid

I would recommend it over and over again. We were able to enjoy the whole month of August in your residential development. Ideal for families. A wonderful place, an ideal setting and next to Madrid. Parks, mountains, swimming pool, restaurants and supermarkets... everything. And the best part? Bea, Laura and Antonio. Wonderful people who take care of you, care about you and really make life easier and more comfortable. It's been a real pleasure. We'll be back!

Great! one of the best aparthotels, clean, cozy like at home and at the same time elegant interior of a good hotel, friendly and helpful girls at the reception, comfortable bed. There is no view from the window, but the location compensates for everything - all the most interesting things are within walking distance. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back.

We were so comfortable during our month-long stay here, and it truly felt like a home to us. The kitchen was well stocked, the apartment was pristine, we had access to a laundry machine and even a vacuum, and overall it was simply well furnished and full of natural light. The WiFi also worked perfectly, and we were able to work remotely without a problem. Neighborhood is great and local, close to bus and metro stops, plenty of food and grocery options nearby, and even a small lovely park in walking distance. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting or living in Madrid!!

Super comfortable apartment, lots of privacy and tranquility

Spent two weeks in this beautiful apartment. Great location everything is walkable. Very responsive host, was replying in minutes which was nice. Could be noisy at night because of few bars around and the walls are pretty thin you could literally hear all the neighbours and sometimes you think they are inside of the apartment. Very well designed apartment but the shower is not practical at all after the shower water was everywhere. Sauna was working this time which was a nice touch. Would recommend it.

Marieta is a very responsive and proactive host who goes out of her way to make sure that her guests have a wonderful experience. We arrived exhausted in the morning and she made it possible for us to enter the apartment a few hours early. The apartment and its amenities were off the charts: Fast and uninterrupted internet, squeaky clean apartment, peaceful surroundings, beautiful bathroom, comfortable beds, found everything we needed in the kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher worked well, Netflix, a tasteful selection of family games. Undoubtedly one of the most family-friendly places we've visited. Highly recommended and we'll certainly come back!

The stay was excellent and the house was ideal for what we wanted. Quiet area to rest and well connected to move around Madrid. Victor was always attentive to see if we needed anything. Everything was great and my rating is very good.

We stayed a month for the whole family and we are especially happy for the facilities offered by Francisco, who facilitated us flexible entry, making it easier to carry suitcases beforehand so that the entrance and logistics were simpler with the children.

This beautiful apartment was exactly as described. We felt at home immediately. The terrace and the greenery outside were beautiful as well. The kitchen was very well stocked. The rooms were impeccable. Everything was super clean, organized and comfortable. Since the apartment faces the interior, it is a very quiet ambiance. Having a supermarket so close was a plus. There are a lot of good restaurants and coffee places close by as well. The hosts were very communicative and agreeable to our check in and check out hours. We look forward to repeating using this apartment in the future.

The apartment was lovely and spotlessly clean. There is a swimming pool but sadly it didn't open for another week. The host was really helpful and friendly. My flight was late so it was almost 2am by the time I got to him. He waited patiently and showed me into the flat personally. I had lost a mobile charging cable en route and my phone was very low so he lent me one for the duration of my stay. He sent me a message the next day to make sure I was ok and if I needed anything. Lovely guy and lovely apartment! Thank you.

Everything is very good, the house is clean and very quiet, it gives what it promises. Everything was perfect.

Recommended house, especially for large groups. Well equipped with 6 rooms and 9 beds, two kitchens and a spacious patio with barbecue, oven and spa. Good communication with Álvaro, he gave us local recommendations that we took advantage of.

The stay was phenomenal, the house was cozy and beautiful. Isaías is a charming person from the first moment. He took very good care of us, and made us feel at home. Although it was one night and with young children on a very rainy weekend, we were very comfortable and he always recommended places to visit. I recommend it 100%. I'll be happy to come back.

We were delighted with our stay at Susana and Isaías's place. They are adorable, warm, kind, a meeting us as we do little! Maximum security, incredible cleanliness, excellent bedding, you can park easily, Isaías is very responsive and knows how to make herself so available . We met more than hosts, we met friends! We visited Tolèdes and the Puy du Fou who are very close to Susana and Isaías's house. If we have the opportunity, it's for sure we will come back to this house which , more than a home is a lively fireplace with a magnificent human warmth Thank you Susana, thank you Isaías.
