Very nice house, quiet. For 6 people it's ideal. Close to the city center. A small beach easy to access by bike. There are small paths. Great. Parking a little further, very convenient to leave your car because the area is in a blue zone. A small courtyard surrounded by a low wall with everything to make grilled food and spend friendly moments.

Comfortable studio, with private access directly from the living room to the heated pool and jacuzzi, private terrace accessible from the bay window of the pool so very convenient. The sofa bed and pillows were very comfortable. Equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker, kettle, cup, cutlery, spices, etc.). We enjoyed the fresh fruit juices for breakfast. The company of Madison, the adorable dog, was nice. Nathalie was very warm and friendly. Thank you very much. We're leaving relaxed.

We had a great weekend, the house is perfect, nothing is missing, even for the dogs who have a bowl at their disposal. A very good weekend spent with family at Franck's, who greeted me with a smile.😊 Pool at 28 degrees, very nice. We spent our entire weekend enjoying the garden, pool, terrace and of course the plancha. It has everything you need to have a good time. Good luck and maybe see you next time.😃

Great apartment with great views, a large pool is located in the complex, the private secure parking is worth a lot. Elisabeth was always reachable. Most restaurants on this side of the harbor are about a 15-minute walk. On the other side, you can simply take a ferry in a few minutes for €1.10 per trip or €3 for the day ticket with any number of trips.

We were 4 adults and 2 children and we had a great time. The accommodation is very clean and well-equipped, the residence is quiet with easy access to children's games and petanque court. Julien was very responsive and accommodating, which allowed us to really enjoy the weekend! I would recommend it in a second.

A warm and authentic house where it's nice to gather with family. A spacious kitchen with large countertops and a well-appointed living room for convivial moments. The marsh environment is peaceful and the view is really magnificent from the very well maintained garden.

Very good weekend spent with the family, we were able to visit the Vendee and thus enjoy the beautiful beach of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie. The accommodation is very spacious, functional and well-equipped, nothing was missing. Thank you.

We had a wonderful time in the cottage, wonderful huge beaches within a few minutes' walk. The cottage was very tasteful and modern, with super comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen.
