Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans ce petit coin de paradis. L'appartement ainsi que la terrasse sont modernes, fonctionnels et décorés avec goût. Tout est fait pour se sentir chez soit. De plus, nous avons été accueillis avec une bouteille de champagne et de délicieux chocolats, bref un séjour parfait !

just back from a three nights stay, Stefaan is a very approachable person and can't do enough for you, he gives clear and concise information and nothing is too much trouble. The property is as described and extremely clean and tidy and sits in a residential and very peaceful area just outside Ypres and will take you 20 mins to walk to the centre and supermarkets are close by. Just down the road towards the centre is a steak house called De Kribbe which I would also recommend which opens Friday to Sunday. I would highly recommend this accommodation and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The apartment is beautiful. It is a 15 minute easy walk from the train station and located off of the city square. The museums and other historical places were all in close proximity and the assortment of restaurants were all close. In the evening, the apartment was very quiet. The apartment was very comfortable, very clean and everything was at hand. Lovely place and I would highly recommend this place.

Nous avons passé quelques jours chez Guillaume, le studio était très propre, bien équipé et la literie confortable. Les instructions d’entrée étaient très claires, le quartier était paisible et accessible facilement en bus depuis Lille. Nous étions deux adultes et un bébé, nous avons un peu manqué de place et avons été embêtés pour monter la poussette et les bagages jusqu’au 2e étage (je n’avais pas du tout vu cette information dans le descriptif). Malgré cela, ce fut un séjour agréable et Guillaume a été arrangeant sur l’heure de départ. Merci !

We hebben een paar dagen in het appartement doorgebracht om de stad Lille te bezoeken. Het appartement is ruim en schoon. De locatie is echt perfect. Je loopt zo het mooie oude centrum van Lille in. En alles is op loopafstand. We hebben een erg fijn verblijf gehad.

Wir waren für eine Woche mit zwei Kindern und vier Erwachsenen in der Wohnung. Sie ist super geschnitten und der Ausblick ist einzigartig. Und: die Promenade und der Strand sind direkt vor der Haustür, was gerade für die Kinder super war. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Kan deze locatie van harte aanbevelen, erg leuke ruimte, rustige omgeving, op loopafstand van centrum Doornik, goede communicatie met de hosts.

Prachtige en rustgevende plek om Lille te verkennen en tot rust te komen.

A superb 5 star apartment furnished and kitted out to a very high standard. So comfortable and very quiet with easy access for parking. Would love to stay again when we are next in that area in Belgium and hopefully use the outside space which looked delightful when the weather is better,

Kunstkot was an amazing place to stay! We loved the hot tub, the swimming pond and the animals. My daughter loved the bunk bed (though beware the top bunk is quite low so you can't sit up on the bottom bunk, and the top bunk has no rail on one side). The flat itself had the most amazing decoration - there was art work everywhere. The sofa was also sooo comfy! There's a little honesty bar on the farm which we also enjoyed. Olivier was a responsive and accommodating host.

Appartamento su due livelli. Piccola entrata con spazio cucina e ampia zona notte al piano superiore. Appartamento super pulito, ottimo per due persone, a due passi dalla stazione e dal centro città. Parcheggio comodo nei dintorni e hote disponibile e simpatico.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, ô cinq sens nous ont très bien accueilli. Nous avons pu tester les deux logements, la Bali et la Factory différentes l’une de l’autre, mais toutes les deux aussi agréable. Je recommande fortement, un rapport qualité prix topisime.
