Nice place right on the beach and near restaurants. Provided a pack and play for our toddler. Note two showers (no tub) but one toilet.

Very functional accommodation, everything is done to welcome visitors pleasantly. Small touches in each room, (water bottles, treats for breakfast, coffee capsules, etc.) the instructions are clear and precise for everyday life (rules of good conduct, etc.) and everything is well organized.

Very nice house tastefully decorated. We had a lovely family stay at Frédéric and Caroline's place. The accommodation is very well-equipped in the kitchen, nothing was missing, top bedding and very clean. Our teenagers liked the game room. 😉We recommend this accommodation 100% and we will talk about it around us to recommend it.

Great stay in this quiet country house but with a nice location since it is minutes from the road infrastructure making it easy to travel to Rennes and its surroundings. House particularly well maintained and very well equipped with quality utensils, accessories and furniture. Very friendly welcome and particularly responsive host.

Accommodation that met our expectations. Patricia and her husband are very friendly and responsive! The accommodation is well equipped to accommodate children and the dogs are happy to frolic in a fully fenced ground! We had a lovely stay ☺️

Tastefully decorated cottage, sumptuous garden. A very peaceful and quiet place. The hostesses are very attentive. We had a great weekend with our dog who was able to enjoy the garden. Thanks for everything! We'll be happy to go back.

The location of this accommodation is perfect for discovering the bay of Mont Saint Michel. The house and large garden are very well maintained. Everything was perfect, we didn't miss anything. Dominique is a very friendly, pleasant and helpful host. She told us about the surroundings very quickly, and gave us all the information we needed before and during our stay. Very attentive to our needs. We thank Dominique very much for her hospitality and all her small touches that made our stay unforgettable. We felt right at home and our exchanges were very friendly. We had a wonderful stay at Sandrine’s place. She was very friendly and helpful. She didn’t mind at all that our ferry was late and we were therefore quite late to check in. With every interaction, she was very friendly with helpful tips and advice. Although we were only there for a quick weekend break, we wouldn’t hesitate to book again for a longer stay.

Clean and comfortable accommodation. Well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Convenient location both for visiting Moint Saint-Michel and for Saint-Malo, Dinard. Convenient parking under the house. I recommend it to everyone

the apartment is very functional, there is everything you need for a pleasant stay in Saint-Malo, the view from the kitchen window may be one of the most beautiful in the city (the binoculars left available to observe the landscape are a great idea!). Only small downside, but nothing serious, a lack of window and velux blanketing that can prevent sleeping in the morning. Otherwise everything is perfect, I would recommend!

Very responsive and friendly communication from Caroline who is concerned about our well-being. The apartment is comfortable and practical and very well-equipped. It is in a well-maintained residence. We loved being a 7-minute walk from 2 very beautiful small beaches. Also very convenient for visiting Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, Cancale... We highly recommend this apartment for its value for money/location!

We had a great time with the family in Claire's apartment, which is very pleasant to live in and very well located. The kids enjoyed themselves and so did we. We had already come in 2022 and we all wanted to come back, the children talked about it regularly so we had a great time there. And we had a great time again, they loved being able to observe the tide again anytime from the living room and get to the beach in a flash. And Claire really welcomed us very warmly and took time to give us all the tips and tips to make our stay go smoothly. We will definitely go back next time!

We were 3 adults and spent 1 week at Katy's place. The neighborhood was quiet, accessible and close to some very nice small beaches and breathtaking views (5 min walk). We had a rental car to get to the center of Saint Malo in about ten minutes. Katy and her husband have always been reachable and friendly, whether to recommend outings and activities or to answer our questions about the apartment. The place was very clean and welcoming: perfect for people who wander and want to recharge

This was a great apartment. We have been here for 7 days, wandered around a bit and got to know Saint Malo. We would love to come back and we recommend this to anyone who is going to spend a few days in Saint Malo.

We recommend this accommodation for several reasons: professional and warm welcome from Laurence, very well-equipped and very clean accommodation, proximity to the city center (walk, bakery, shops), a very well-stocked market about 6 minutes from this accommodation, the beach about a ten-minute walk and large houses with beautiful architecture.

Beautiful apartment, quiet and very well-equipped. The location is ideal: 2 minutes from the beach without having to cross the road, and 10 minutes from the center of Julouville and shops. The big plus: the exteriors with the garden furniture and the courtyard where you can park cars. All surrounded by a fence that makes it so there are no neighbors. We did not meet Céline and Étienne but they are super responsive if we need anything and very accommodating. I think we'll go back
