There are a very less places which I've been able to call the best and Bijo's place is one that list. The check-in was smooth, place is very peaceful, good and safe parking, well stacked kitchenette and definitely clean. Bijo is definitely a great host , very well spoken and considerate which is rare. Happy to have stayed here and will be back again and again and again.

Great place. It's a bit quiet inside the society campus, which I liked. The beach is within walking distance, and the house has all the necessary amenities. I think a few more basic cooking utensils would have been better.

It was a great place and great stay for us during our recent trip. Penthouse looked as in the listing and was clean. All rooms were very spacious and had thoughtful interiors. Location is very near to the beach and also near to very wide roads. Parking was available. All facilities inside the flat was very good. There was a big pool but we did not use it. Check-in & check-out were smooth. Kyle was very responsive and friendly. He had given some suggestions for food and shopping. Overall, me/ family enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Our group of friends stayed at this place for 3 days. The property is located at a peaceful , accessible location and gives perfect vibe of South Goa! The place is exactly the way its described and shown in pictures. House is neat and clean. Swimming pool in the society is clean. We enjoyed pool time. Three cheers to the helpful Host! We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family.

Great place. Would revisit and highly recommend for a special experience. Craig was responsive and helpful. If you plan to stay there with your own car, make sure you have a good driver though.

We booked Sunflower Villa for a relaxing, fun weekend getaway with just the girls -- and it was perfect. Having already stayed at Louisa before, our expectations were high and we're happy to say that they were all met. Peaceful, relaxing, full of lovely plants and birds, and adding to that, the super helpful staff made this the best weekend trip we've had in a while.

The place was amazing, actually better than what was depicted in the photos. The surroundings were great, peaceful which made our experience even better. Will definitely come back to this place again, when possible!

Staying at Red Rooster Village Homestay in Goa was a memorable experience. Melba (hosts mother) welcomed us with warm hospitality that made me feel like I was visiting a family member rather than checking into a homestay. Later we met karl and astrid, a lovely couple, incredibly gracious, offering great tips to explore the area :) Beach is only 5 mins drive with the scooter and the place is surrounded by nice little restaurants. If you’re looking for a place that offers more than just accommodation a place that feels like home Red Rooster is the perfect choice.

Hyacinth was accommodating from pre booking and even more friendly when we met him. He did not rush us at all and invested a lot of time in the beginning to make sure we had no other questions. Communication was brilliant and sometimes he would even respond within minutes. Always helpful and would get things resolved efficiently. Place was better than described in my opinion and clean was friendly too and we got along with him great. All you have to do is just tell him to clean where you require the most and he will do it. We will definitely stay with him again !

It’s my second time booking a property with Basappa, and let me tell you everything is sorted at the property. - Cleaning lady comes and cleans almost everyday. You’re not disturbed. - The beach and pool are right there - Plenty of eateries; Basappa will share some numbers with you if needed - The patio is a great place to sit and unwind Overall no complains, and I’m probably going to keep coming back here for the rest of my life. good place if you are looking for a beach front house. the beach and surroundings are very peaceful and private. the beach itself is cleanest I have seen in goa. the caretaker pappu was always around to help us out.

I stayed at this amazing place for three nights and absolutely loved it! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and looked exactly like the photos. Everything was just as described, which made our stay super comfortable and hassle-free. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. She also gave us some fantastic local recommendations that really added to our experience. The location is another big plus—it’s just a short walk to the serene Zalor Beach, which was perfect for morning strolls and relaxing sunsets. Overall, a fantastic stay and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

So we recently visited Reny's place with my wife the property was as it is as described... clean and accessible to all locations, Reny also helped me to find good restaurants and also helped me regarding lot of stuff. From booking to check in to check out Roy’s helpfulness, communication and understanding was 100%. His apartment was everything we wanted and more. The kitchen was fully equipped and clean. The aircon was efficient and the ceiling fans effective. The apartment is in a quiet and gated area, everything you need is walking distance. Our stay in Madgaon was fantastic! Check-in was smooth and flexible, allowing us to settle in early after our morning train arrival. The place was exactly as describe, spacious, well designed, and incredibly comfortable. The living room had a cozy vibe with a balcony offering a lovely view, while the minimalist interiors made it feel like home.The kitchen was well-equipped with all necessary amenities, including a washing machine and an extra balcony. A storeroom with extra beds and kitchen supplies added to the convenience. The bedroom featured a cozy,bed,AC,wardrobe,and another balcony. Bathrooms were clean, well-maintained, and had hot water available at all times. An outdoor terrace with a drying stand was a thoughtful addition. The location was perfect, just a short walk to a peaceful beach with two great shacks and minimal crowds. Our host, Atul, was exceptional,attentive, interactive. His hospitality truly enhanced our experience. Would definitely come back and also recommend.
