House vacation rentals in Colva

Great place. It was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The caretaker, Kailash, was also very polite and helpful. The only downside is that it’s in a gated society and the neighbours complain about the smallest of noise. There was a complaint about people talking laughing in the swimming pool even though it was during daytime, not that loud and there was no music or anything of the sort. The place itself, however, is great and well worth it. Maybe if you’re going with a smaller group (we were 9 people), you won’t have issues with noise complaints either.

It was really wonderful to experience co-host Ritu guiding us regarding check in and about getting dinner at even 10:30-11 at night. Great place feels like home yet experience of tourism ❤️ Thanks Ritu time and again for your wonderful hospitality 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

We booked Sunflower Villa for a relaxing, fun weekend getaway with just the girls -- and it was perfect. Having already stayed at Louisa before, our expectations were high and we're happy to say that they were all met. Peaceful, relaxing, full of lovely plants and birds, and adding to that, the super helpful staff made this the best weekend trip we've had in a while.

The place was amazing, actually better than what was depicted in the photos. The surroundings were great, peaceful which made our experience even better. Will definitely come back to this place again, when possible!

It is a 3 story property, with a lift. The place was clean and had beautiful interiors. We were two families here for the vacation with 2 young kids. The kids had a lovely time too exploring the place . The place doesn’t have a kitchen but the caretaker made tea and breakfast for us on request.

the place was great , the host Mayur and caretaker manjunath were easy to reach and resonds immediately. the place matches the description and needs a bit renovation like new paints to match pics but overall experience was good and pool was amazing had fun and no disturbance. would like to visit again when I visit goa with a large group next time.

This was our third visit to Shubhada's property and as usual it was a pleasure to have spent a short stay there. In fact my super senior citizen father who travels with us for this trip annually; now insists on this booking and very year I log in to Air BNB with the hope it is available. This was a different property from the one we had stayed earlier albeit in the same location so her tribe is growing and we wish her the very best for further growth. looking forward to spend time in a new property next year.

Our stay was fantastic, the pool was clean,the rooms were tidy, and thou the internet went out due to the rain the beauty of the place compensated for it, the beech was quite empty as if it's all for urself to enjoy especially in the morning. Also the villa was asthetic and the caretaker was very understanding, with all amenities that u could think of. This place is filled with beautiful paintings that would make ur stay feel more special. Overall if ur visiting south goa and want to stay away from too crowded beech like palolem, this is the place you should consider

We stayed at this lovely Airbnb as a group of 8 and had a wonderful experience. The property is spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the basic amenities we needed. The caretaker was always available and incredibly sweetalways ready to help us out with anything we needed. We really appreciated the early check-in and the time given to freshen up after our journey. The host was extremely helpful with recommendations for local food, hotels, and places to visit, which made our trip even smoother. The location is perfect if you're looking for something between North and South Goa,everything is within a 25-minute drive. Overall, the hospitality was top-notch and we highly recommend this place. Definitely a must-visit!

The stay at Julie’s Sun-Kissed Villa was nothing short of amazing. From the beginning of our inquiry till the check out, the coordination from Julie and the property caretaker Narayan, was clear and proactive. The property was as described, with the interiors clean and tidy. We had a great time during our stay there, as the villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood. The only niggle we faced was with hot water in the bathroom, but that was probably because the weather was rainy and the bathrooms are equipped by solar heaters. Overall, this is a great place to spend time with your friends or even a family. I would recommend this for visitors.

As usual, Shoba lavished her gift of hospitality on us. A more generous and caring Airbnb hostess would be hard to find. An added plus to renting here is that Shoba runs a snack place/restaurant downstairs. Many times when we were just too tired to cook, we ordered from the restaurant and Shoba cooked up some very tasty dishes for us. She is an outstanding cook. Our review by the pros and cons: Pros: 1)Tasty meals from restaurant 2) Shoba's hospitality 3) peace and quiet 4) large kitchen 5) on-site resident cat (Pena) and parrot (Beno) to love on. Cons: 1) Neighborhood is prone to power outages 2) Livingroom and kitchen can get a bit warm - bedrooms however are fine with AC units in each room 3) not unique to Shoba's is the common practice of burning garbage outside - can be an aggravation for folks with respiratory issues. For us, the pros outweigh the cons and we have already booked her place for next year. I highly recommend Shoba's Place.

wijit and her husband are very warm and friendly people. wijit was very caring and hospitable towards us. The apartment was very clean and had all the essential amenities that would be required to live happily in Goa and go places. she had a regular clean up staff who helped clean the apartment as well. we will visit her Airbnb again.

Hyacinth was accommodating from pre booking and even more friendly when we met him. He did not rush us at all and invested a lot of time in the beginning to make sure we had no other questions. Communication was brilliant and sometimes he would even respond within minutes. Always helpful and would get things resolved efficiently. Place was better than described in my opinion and clean was friendly too and we got along with him great. All you have to do is just tell him to clean where you require the most and he will do it. We will definitely stay with him again !

A lovely villa with two en-suite bedrooms of good size . Open plan kitchen living room which we didn’t use at all due to the beautiful veranda and garden to sit in , the kitchen we only used for tea making and fridge for drinks as we ate out the the myriad of nearby restaurants. The swimming pool is 20 yards away , beach only 5 minutes walk. The villa is comfortable and clean and cleaned daily by the cleaner . We had some issues with the internet and electricity and need for extra keys which the owner responded quickly and resolved the issues . We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will most certainly be returning .

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. Vidita our host was very proactive and made everything seamless. The location was easy to find and the overall vibe was warm and welcoming. We only stayed for a night as we had a flight the next day but we wish we had more time.

We - all Classmates & Senior Citizens , has planned an outing to a quite place & selected StayMaster which proved to be a very good decision. The location was , what we were looking for. The cleanliness and responsive staff made our stay memorable . All our Colleagues were very happy at the overall exceptional experience. We all enjoyed being together & eating together The food prepared by the Chef - Santosh , was just excellent . Mr Raj , who was Property Manager was very attentive & looked after us quite well & helped us for our needs & local sight seeings. This property is RECOMMENDED for people who want to enjoy Goa at a leisurely pace. Overall a very satisfying experience 👌👌👌👌👍👍👍👍

Villa Effy is a home away from home - a place that radiates serenity and captures the essence of Goa. All the information provided on this platform is authentic. The place is far more beautiful in person than it looks in the pictures online! Being a Goan, I frequently visit Goa with my family and surely this has been the FIRST place that delivers what it promises. The power backup is so impressive that we never experienced a power outage during our seven night stay. What really maintains the warmth of the place is the host Mr Joseph Rodriques(exemplifies superior customer satisfaction). He was proactive and responded within no time after the booking on Airbnb. All through our stay, he ensured that we were comfortable. We were also treated by a sumptuous meal by his beloved wife.
