Laura’s house was so peaceful and quiet! I’ll start with what’s important to me: A/C is AMAZING and kept us comfortable the whole time, bathroom attached to one bedroom and other 2 bedrooms share one, everything we needed was available to us here. I’ve never been to a lake this quiet before. There wasn’t party boats blaring music and speeding by, just pure tranquility. If you’re coming to Lake Waccamaw, this is the place to stay! Not one complaint from our family!

A beautiful home! Well kept with a detailed guest book and everything you need to cook, relax, and play. The shower in the master bath is tiny but wasn’t problematic for us. Also, there is a strong dog smell in the master bedroom but some room spray masked it well enough. It is listed as a pet friendly home so not complaining just noting it. Getting in and out of the home is very easy. Michael and Kathryn have thought of everything and respond very quickly to answer questions. We thoroughly enjoyed the home, the beautiful yard, very nice outdoor kitchen, and hot tub. We only live about 45 minutes from Lake Waccamaw and go there often but being able to walk out the back door, down the dock, and get on our boat for a day of play was awesome! This is like a dream home for us! My teenager even said, “I could live here!” 🙂 So happy they are willing to share their home with us! We loved every minute!

We did our annual golf fraternity golf trip and this year several guys stayed at Sea Oats on Lockwood Folly. They all enjoyed staying at this home and I received comments like, "very comfortable," "clean, with plenty of amenities and convenient" and "a great house." Marty is a wonderful host and always responded to any question I had. The house description you see is exactly what you'll get and we plan on renting it again next year.

Outstanding 2nd floor condo in Brunswick Plantation. Stunning views from the balcony of this totally updated condo. View the lagoon with egrets, blue herons, storks and more. Past the lagoon is the 8th green of the Magnolia . This condo not only has the best views but it also has the best interior features. Vinyl Plank flooring, granite counter tops, Stainless steel appliances. It is totally updated. Brunswick has a clubhouse on premise, great golfing. Close to great food and attractions.

The living area features neutral-toned sofas arranged around a coffee table. Soft lighting is complemented by reflective mirrors and sheer curtains. A cozy corner chair adds an inviting touch, while the space is balanced with a large area rug and a wall clock.

We are 20 minutes from North Myrtle beach and 35 minutes from Broadway at the Beach! The resort is a gated golf community offering 27 holes of golf, and dozens of top courses within 25 mins. And our beautiful Commons 2 pool is just steps across the free parking lot outside your unit!
