Bremen's sights such as the emigrant house, the observation deck "Sail-City", the shipping museum and also the pedestrian zone are within walking distance.

Small witch's house on the edge of a grove, accessible via a courtyard. Natural garden, of which a wooded part can be used. A few sheep, cat 'Tiggi' and farm dog 'Arthus' are part of it. Deer and rabbits often stop by the adjacent pasture; in the spring and summer, bird concerts are part of the standard program. In cloudless weather, a wonderful starry sky without light pollution.
