This is a beautiful designer apartment, recently renovated with high quality materials, in the heart of Rome LESS THAN 50 METERS FROM THE COLISEUM. The apartment, located in the center of Rome, 50 meters from the COLISEUM is equipped with all the comforts. In a few minutes on foot (about 5 minutes) you can reach the metro and several buses that perfectly connect the house to the entire city center. Near the apartment you will find numerous supermarkets, restaurants and clubs. All the most interesting sites of Rome are within walking distance (Colosseum, Imperial Forums, Piazza Venezia, Trastevere, Via del Corso, St. Peter's Basilica, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Campo dei Fiori). The apartment consists of: entrance; living room with double sofa bed equipped with 46" TV and Wii console, kitchen, Nespresso, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the rooms is equipped with a liquid crystal TV and overlooks the COLISEUM. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi service are available in all rooms. The living room can be closed by a convenient sliding door to make it completely independent and to ensure the necessary privacy.

Walking distance from the train station. The house is composed by a living room with kitchen and a sofa bed, a bedroom and two bathrooms. The flat is solely dedicated to our guests, no spaces shared with us. We live in the same building, upstairs in another flat.
