Easy stay! There was a few things that maybe could use some updating (normal wear) other wise for the price, location, view, accessibility to restaurants, access to easy concierge, and responsiveness of Elad this was an amazing stay!

Page's place was amazing! Theres a lot of space and anything you could possibly need. Page has thought of everything and is very helpful and responsive. We loved our stay!

Super clean, great kitchen, view of the sphere but far from actual MGM location — I went for a conference and was located at the complete opposite side. Otherwise felt at home! Also non smoking unit which was nice :)

The place looked amazing with a beautiful view of the mountains and lower mountains.

Our stay at a Martin’s place was a brief two nights, but it was perfect. The place is bright and airy and sparkling clean. The king size bed was absolutely fabulous, the bedroom wallpaper was delightful and you couldn’t ask for a more convenient location if you like to get around on foot. TWO cafe options a stone’s throw away was awesome. Hope to come back someday!

KJ was a great host! The place was a perfect stay for my husband and I! KJ wS super responsive and communicative. Would recommend staying here!

I had a wonderful stay at Gabriel’s place, it was exactly what he described, he was very communicative and even accommodated to let us check in earlier. Free parking was a plus, didn’t have to worry about anything our stay. Ty Gabriel.🌟

This Airbnb was perfect and could not have better hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure our time in Flagstaff was everywhere wanted. The unit itself is just amazing and literally has everything you could ever need just like you were at home. They have thought of everything! The bed was soooo comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, a nice tub/shower combo where they even have bath bombs for you to use, washer/dryer, and a grill where we made steaks one night. The location is beautiful and set in a country club community. We saw 2 deer this morning right in front of our door!! Our stay here was just awesome and I definitely recommend!!

I stayed here for a business trip and although I wasn’t in the room much, I thought it was a great place. It was extremely clean — much cleaner than most Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, which I really appreciated. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge bonus during my stay. The host was very responsive and answered all of my questions before I booked, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. The only thing I would mention is that it was a little hard to find the unit in the dark, since there are several identical-looking buildings and the parking lot, stairs, and walkway areas are not very well lit. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I’d definitely recommend it!

The treehouse was a delight. We loved the back porch for sipping coffee and relaxing after long hikes. It was located on a quiet road, not far from the center of Sedona. Most hikes were about 20 minutes away which was perfect.

Stayed here for my 30th birthday weekend with my mom and a couple girlfriends, and we had the best time! The location is great—super easy to get Uber Eats and rideshare drop-offs (just make sure to tell them which tower you’re in). Check-in was smooth and quick, no hiccups. The suite itself was clean, spacious, and well-stocked. The bathroom setup is gorgeous—huge plus. Even though it’s not on a high floor, the view was still nice, and honestly, it was super convenient not waiting long for elevators. The fact that there were no daily resort fees saved us a ton, especially compared to booking directly through MGM. I never was an Airbnb person for Vegas. I always wanted to be on the strip, etc., especially in college, but this was awesome because I had the space of my apartment or bigger without the extra fees and a kitchen so I’m definitely going to do it again because it’s still on the strip and part of the MGM! Would 100% stay here again

This stay was amazing. The location was great and accessible to downtown Scottsdale, phoenix, Tempe. The images are exactly what you see - if you’re working remotely this is a great space to work from. They have a desk and a monitor for your use. Parking is easy and you have a designated spot. The bed was also very comfortable. Definitely recommend

I was so impressed with this stay. I had a few requests/questions and Kimia was very responsive and went out of her way to make our stay great. Location is awesome and there is an indoor bridge to get over to MGM Grand Casino/pool. The Signature pools were great, and we went over to the MGM Grand pool one day for the Lazy River. The monorail at MGM makes it easy to get around. The view was amazing, and the private patio was an awesome bonus. The front desk was also very helpful and accommodating. Very impressed with the entire stay and would absolutely recommend!

Ashley was an absolutely wonderful host! From the moment we booked, she was responsive, caring, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Her attention to detail and professionalism truly made this a 5-star experience. The space was just as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped—but it was Ashley’s hospitality that stood out. She was quick to answer questions, offered great local recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed. It’s clear she takes pride in hosting, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a stay with a host who genuinely cares about her guests, look no further. We’d love to return in the future.

Beautiful little apartment, conveniently located with a gorgeous pool area! The host was very responsive to my messages and the complex felt safe and quiet.

This was the perfect place for the three of us. The location was spectacular. The home was clean and equipped with all the essentials. We always appreciate an Airbnb that provides coffee. The hot tub and outside space was a fantastic bonus.

5 Stars - A Perfect Getaway! This was our first time in Las Vegas, and staying at Christian and Mariana’s place truly made it feel like a home away from home. The villa was beautifully maintained, spacious, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway after exploring the city. We loved all the thoughtful amenities: a fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms with high-quality linens, fast Wi-Fi, and a lovely outdoor space that was perfect for morning coffee or evening unwinding. The attention to detail made everything feel effortless. Christian and Mariana were wonderful hosts—responsive, welcoming, and full of great local tips. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Vegas!

Great stay! So nice to be a block or 2 of the main strip, but close enough to walk to everything. Enjoyed the more quiet atmosphere without a casino & still a great location with a fun/relaxing pool! Great to have a kitchen/refrigerator/coffee maker etc. Would definitely stay again!!

Our stay at Steve and Shirley’s place was absolutely wonderful! They thought of every detail. Shirley’s response time was immediate. Directions to the location were spot on. Instructions during our time of stay were clear and left nothing to question. Although, if we had a question Shirley would have been ready to answer! The location is quite a treat! The amount of love Steve put into building such a beautiful property is apparent. The way the nearby river was diverted onto their property to create calming flows of water in different areas of the grounds, and eventually into a pond was masterfully done. My husband and I enjoyed exploring the area taking in all the details of the property. My favorite place was the hot tub hut which was open to the views and the sounds of nature! We would hands down stay here or in one of the other rentals again!

I was in town for a conference at NAU with my husband and son. This was a great place to come back and recuperate between events. It was so nice to be able to walk everywhere downtown, the apartment had everything needed for a great stay. We didn't use the kitchen to cook or the jet tub but both looked very nice.

Great location (grocery shopping, bank, gas station etc), esay check in & out process, and safe area, highly recommend 👍
