Beachfront vacation rentals in Colorado River

Truly a beautiful place and wonderful stay. We only wish we could have stayed longer to relax and enjoy Lake Havasu. The home is in a perfect location, if you get the chance to stay here do it!

This is our second time staying at Antony's place, and we will absolutely stay again if we find ourselves in the area again. He is a super host and his home is a restful retreat. We all felt completely rested and energised after a good nights sleep ready for a long day of work. Great place.

With the river in the back it’s such a nice place! You can be outside on the water or inside playing some games! Very versatile and fun for everyone.

Nice clean place easy to find, clean and quiet neighborhood. Lake Havasu was a very nice community to hang out in with lots of different options to do. We’re a family of 6 and I feel that was perfect for the house but that’s just my opinion. In the end I have nothing bad to say about the house and was very happy with choosing it as our place to stay! Pool is like 8’ deep on the deep end so it works out for all ages!

Our family had a great time staying in Bobby's home. It worked really well for our family of 5. The outdoor area is amazing. Great Dock area nice & spacious. The inside is a bit small & separated as each room has it's own unit with no doors linking the rooms from the inside of the rooms so that was a little different than what we are used to but it still worked fine for our family of 6. Any additional people would have been tight. The location on the river was great. The extra parking across the street for trailers, boats & PWC's was fantastic more than enough room for a few rigs.

We love this place so much! The layout of the condo is perfect with a bedroom and bath on each side of the living area. Practically sits on the beach. We have super easy access to restaurants and some beach shops. And a magical view! What more could you want?

Steps from the beach with easy access. Clean and recently remodeled. Nice neighbors. Perfect for a couple. Or a couple and a kid. Access to the golf cart for convenience. Located in the Sam’s beachcomber gated resort which is laid back, secure, and convenient for boaters. Sam’s has a launch ramp and they offer marina slips for rent. The people at the Sam’s office and the gate are friendly and easy to deal with. The host is easy to communicate with and made staying an extra night a cinch. I look forward to staying at this property again!

Tom and Mei's place is super nice just as the pictures shows. Me and my friends were there for EDC event and got good rest and there is plenty of room to prepare for the event. We were too tire to use the pool and the back yard but the living room is so comfortable that you can stay in the couch for all day. It was just wonderful place to stay. Tom and Mei's also very responsible, replay quickly and gives all instruction very clearly! totally recommend!

This is the perfect place for golfers. Loved watching them golf. Christopher place was clean, very well stocked with spices and every baking dish you would want. There are plenty of flatware and dishes in the kitchen. We felt right at home. The bed was very comfortable. The garage was a real asset. The hot tub was wonderful on the colder days, just the right temp. All in all I hope we can return.

Was looking for a relaxing scenic location to stay in Las Vegas area for vacation and this was 1000% it! Condo was spotless and so quiet. Views from the balcony were amazing and sat out there every night. The pool was so wonderful in the June heat. The village is very walkable and had some great restaurants. The condo was exactly how it looked online and was so easy to access including underground parking. Traveling alone I was not sure but felt so safe in the area and felt right at home. Hard to leave such a beautiful place!!!! Hidden gem that everyone should book! Also Joe was very responsive to all my questions. Cannot give this listing enough stars it is just that amazing!

Absolutely Incredible Stay – You HAVE to Book Evan’s Airbnb! Wow, where do I even begin? This was hands down one of the most comfortable and well-stocked Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful place - loved the ground level golf course "backyard," pool was spotless and a plus and the decor was dreamy, close to many things to do! During our stay, a child accidently put a small hole in the wall after doing a summersault toward it - we let her know immediately so we could initiate repair and she was very gracious and understanding that things happen. She was also responsive throughout the stay.

We love the beach Area, clean awesome to stay will recommend to for friends and family will stay here again....host was very reasonable and great communication. Are family had a BLAST.

The place was perfect. The moment we arrived we were stunned at how beautiful the yard, homes, and neighborhood were. It's a very peaceful and safe place to be at. We never had any problems and most importantly felt at home. The host, Mel was great! Funny, quick with communication, and a great host. We loved the stay and wish we could stay longer 😄. 10/10 and would come back for sure!

Bombay Beach is a great and unique place and this house was very comfortable and roomy and convenient -- if you want to come her you should -- also Sunny was a super host, very reachable, able to solve anything that came up.

Joshua’s place is absolutely beautiful! Immaculately clean, modern, stylish, and even better than expected from the photos. It feels homey with comfy, quality chairs and solid wood furniture. Well decorated with thoughtful details and musical theme. There’s a variety of lights, dimmers and settings to create low lighting and atmosphere. And the archways make it feel like the quintessential Tucson casita. Historic neighborhood. It’s the perfect place if you want that Tucson feel. It’s attached to the host’s house, but feels completely private. I stayed a few years ago and they’ve updated the place since then too. Good desk space for remote working, good wifi, and artwork all along the outdoor patio area by a local artist. Plenty of space in the closet and under the bed to tuck things away and then kick back. The kitchen is updated too. The toaster oven is huge, nearly a full sized oven. All the appliances and utensils you’d need for a long term stay. Highly recommended!

Nice spacious home in Big River. We know the area and the housing options pretty well and this was right in line. Overall greatly satisfied. We will probably stay again for the off-road races that happen in Parker once or twice a year.
