A great location for exploring the city. The flat is really well set up. You will never have a friendlier, more helpful host than René. We had a great stay.

I enjoy did Airbnb a lot. The private balcony was great. As it’s in the last floor, it gets hot, but there’s an Ac for that. The bed / shower and place to work was perfect for my 3 days in CDMX.

This Airbnb is beautiful. It has everything you need, the safety of a 24h doorman and is in an ideal location. I will note that there is no AC, but there is a fan and lots of breeze so we were fine, and it’s on the 4th floor. Also, an early check-in requires an additional fee. Clau and team were helpful and responsive.

Perfect stay! Will definitely book again next time I’m in CDMX. Thank you again!

This is the second time I have stayed here, across the street from the WTC with many options for eating and on the corner of an Oxxo. We stayed for 2 nights, the apartment is quiet, comfortable, safe and nice. They were very attentive to us (just like last time). It's very practical. If we return to the area, we'll surely stay here again.

Highly recommended, Edmundo and the guards, excellent friendly service, only one female receptionist was quite frustrated dealing with any request, There should be coffee for every day, as it is difficult to go out and look for supplies when you are a tourist and coffee is appreciated, WITHOUT the angry receptionist I totally recommend it

would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting CDMX. The location is top tier because everything is close by, you could even walk to the Chapultepec Castle. The staff is so friendly and attentive, they were very helpful and accommodating. They allowed me to leave my bags safely with them before check in and after I checked out. The room was just as described and very clean. The view from the terrace was always a great way to end the night.

If our Viadora apartment came up for sale, I would buy it. The apartment is large, beautifully appointed. I wish other guests would take better care of the bespoke furnishings. With a full kitchen, multiple televisions, two full bathrooms and bedrooms, comfortable beds, and a welcoming and concerned staff, Viadora is a home away from home, if you’re enjoy being chic. My wife and I were sick for two days and forced to cocoon in the apartment. We were as comfortable as could be, and the staff were concerned for our welfare. The neighborhood of Hipodromo is leafy, quiet, and beautiful, with its own share of great restaurants and bars. However, you can safely walk to the upper class neighborhoods of Condesa, Roma, Roma Norte, and Juarez. If you want to experience a more authentic experience, the middle class neighborhood of Escandon is a couple blocks south. I would never stay anywhere else in CDMX.

We stayed in four different Airbnbs while in Mexico City and I think Rafael’s was my favorite. It felt most like home! From the moment we arrived, Rafael greeted us to show us around and then went out to provide us with a large jug of water, fresh fruit and juices, and a treat for the kids. He truly went above and beyond. The apartment is close to great restaurants and coffee shops. I loved that the building was secure and the amenities provided were great. Plenty of extra blankets, a fully stocked kitchen and fans which were very appreciated during the hot month of May. We also extended our stay two separate times and Rafael and Gabriel were super accommodating. Highly recommend this Airbnb and host! Would happily book again.

Carlos' excellent service, attentive to every detail, made me feel at home and as if I was talking to an old friend. Finding this level of SERVICE was more than good. I will certainly continue to stay because excellence is in this place and Carlos is SERVICE from communication, experience and empathy.

It exceeds expectations, it is even better than in the photos and Jose is always available for any questions. The staff is very friendly and understanding to store luggage. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Mexico City 💓

We absolutely loved our stay. We actually left another Airbnb that had some issues. We were traveling with our toddler and they assisted us with an easy transition, same day booking, and early check in. The property is very clean. We loved all of the windows and the balcony. Great views from the balcony, it does get a little loud with the street below but we resolved that with some ear plugs from the 24hr high end grocery store across the street. Water stayed hot. They offer free washer and dryers and provided soap which was a great bonus. Plenty of food options and parks nearby. Loved the soap choices in the shower and the window in the shower was also great. Mexico City always feels safe but having the 24hr security guard is an extra step of service that’s always welcomed. Thank you so much we look forward to returning.

I had a great stay at Ricardo's place in Polanco! Its location on Avenida Presidente Masaryk meant that it was extremely walkable and close to all of the main restaurants, parks, and shopping in Polanco. The daily housekeeping was a welcome surprise, and the rooftop patio and gym were great additions to the stay. Ricardo was also extremely accommodating when there was some construction noise in my original apartment and was able to move me to a quieter unit the same day.

Very nice and clean this was a short stay be we would definitely stay again.
