Beautiful open plan loved house with garden, multiple atmospheres and warm light design, located inside Colonia de Sant Pere village in the Llevant Natural Park. A stunning scape to enjoy the summer and/or work remotely. Enjoy the wonderful surroundings any time of the year. Very close to the town centre and the sea and promenade. Nice views from the different house terraces, to village and sunset and to sunrise and mountains and sea, and a lounge area for yoga, pilates, meditation and reading.

Fantastic location for nature lovers in the Unesco heritage site of the Tramuntana mountains! We're on one of the main cycling routes to Sa Calobra as well as the gentler cycleways to Pollenca and Alaro. There are many famous hiking trails in the vicinity too with stunning views across the island. We're located in a lovely, friendly village with local shops and four wonderful restaurants. There are many stunning beaches to choose from, from just 30 minutes to the east of the villa.

I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. It is decorated with antique furniture acquired in second-hand markets and some from my family. It is a house with lots of light, cozy where one feels well-being and peace in the middle of nature.
