Located on a 10th floor of a new iconic building, overlooking to Reforma Avenue, the apartment is packed with amenities, including high speed internet and cable TV. It fits comfortably 2 people on it's king size bed (+2 on inflatable queen mattress available upon request). Enjoy Alberto Kalach's design, indoor and outdoor gardens and take the most of your Mexico City experience at this great location. Blocks away from historical and cultural sites, museums, subway stations, parks, restaurants, and minutes from the hippest and most traditional neighborhoods of the city. It inhabits a green and illuminated space, full of plants, books and Mexican folk art, in a building from 1920, awarded as an architectural restoration project. The loft has two floors, a double bed, a sofa bed bed, full bathroom bathroom and kitchen. It is located in Colonia Juarez on the edge with the colonies Condesa and Roma and at a pedestrian distance from the historic center of the city. A very safe and peaceful street. And about the acclaimed Rosseta bakery for an excellent breakfast! The apartment is a loft inside a 1920 building, awarded as an architectural restoration project. It has lots of natural light and ventilation and double height that amplifies the feeling of space. It has wide access corridors that allow you to pass through the renovated building and a laundry area. The sidewalk of the building is equipped as a public space with a landscaped area and benches. There is a 24-hour watchman in the building, which serves as a support in case of any need. The building is located at walking distance from the Historic Center, the forest of Chapultepec, Reforma and the well-known Condesa and Roma neighborhoods. In addition, it is close to stations of the main means of public transport. Three blocks from the insurgent subway station, two blocks from the metro bus and half a block from the Niza taxi stand. Area very well covered by uber. Parking is street parking, or two public parking lots are located on the block. There will be one person on the property available if needed
