Barb and Dave's place is a new family favorite. The kids loved the animals. Barb and Dave were so kind and helpful and invited the kids to be apart of feeding time. The apartment is lovely! Beautiful views! Comfortable beds! Ac in the rooms made it comfortable. All clean and lovely. We got sick a day into our trip and they were so accommodating and helpful. We will be back!

Great place to be. We loved our time here. It was very clean, peaceful and relaxing. The area is still being developed, so don’t be surprised to see that some of the land is not fully developed. However, it was nice to walk around and see what has been completed. We liked what has been done to the area so far. It will be great to see the final result.

The bus turned Tiny House nestled in the middle of beautiful Colorado had everything we wanted and needed! It is such a cool and unique place. Sitting on the deck cooking steaks was perfection! David and family were extremely cordial and checked in to make sure our needs were met. I only wish we would’ve booked our stay longer. Next time!!! Thank you for being wonderful hosts and sharing your bus with us! We WILL be back!
