Ideally located for visiting, working in Toulouse or simply going to see a game at the stadium (15-minute walk to the stadium). Metro and bus at the foot of the apartment. Tram 5 minutes walk All shops, within 50 meters including a supermarket. The apartment accommodates 2 people.

Our studio is located on private land next to our house. It was refurbished in 2022 to accommodate workers from Monday to Saturday. It is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with a terrace. Private and secure parking with direct access to the ring road (15 mins airbus, 25 mins from Toulouse, 5 mins from Isle Jourdain). Ideal for 3 people maximum. Breakfast is included (detailed below). Linens, towels, duvet and pillows included. All you have to do is drop off your bags.

In a closed subdivision with private parking space and the possibility of arrival at any time, departure no later than 11:00 a.m. (breakfast offered for the first night). Instructions provided after booking validation.

Separate bedroom, sofa bed (living room area): sleeps 4 people. Near F. VERDIER station (metro line B) and bus lines 1 and 8. Large loggia, 10th floor, view of Place Dupuy and Canal du Midi.

Private room with full autonomy

The ROOM (without kitchen) is completely self-contained, private toilet and bathroom, access through a private entrance to the accommodation. It is located in a part of our house and can ideally accommodate 2 people (up to 3 if necessary, extra charge of €10/night). In the event that the 2nd bed (armchair convertible into single extra bed) is necessary, even for 2 guests, an additional €10 will be charged upon arrival. The room is to be left clean (or €10 cleaning fee)

Very nice 44 m² apartment with large balcony overlooking the park for 2 people (up to 4 people) in a gated, secure residence with parking space. Renovated with care and fully equipped to guarantee excellent comfort, linen is included as well as cleaning, managed by a professional. Easy access to the city center by car or bus station nearby, expressways in less than 5 minutes and the airport by tram. Close to the cancer center, Médipôle, companies, Carrefour.

Come and discover this beautiful 46 m2 apartment located in the center of Toulouse mixing industrial spirit and cocooning atmosphere!! You will be charmed by its spacious bright living room with a high ceiling, its equipped kitchen, its cocooning bedroom but also by its exposed beams. My place is good for couples, solo travelers and also for business travelers. Breakfast will be offered for your first night: coffee, tea, pastries.
