Vacation rentals with lake access in Colombia

I think I hit the jackpot booking this property! I will preface this by saying this isn't my first or 10th time in Medellin and have business in the country/city. Usually when I travel I bring friends and tend to spend it in Poblado, but was adamant about branching out of that area as I know there is more to offer than just Poblado. - El Poblado is about a 20-30 minute drive from El Poblado depending on location, traffic and weather. As I know the area, I came in knowing that was fine for me. Plan accordingly if you dont have a vehicle or a private driver. - The property did not have physical A/C units. However, it is in the mountains. It is naturally cooler in the mountains. Culturally, I needed a fan and got one upon request. I was beyond good. - Their team was VERY receptive to all requests via chat. They worked w/ my team and staff and their collaboration was phenomenal! - I will definitely recommend and stay here again. - P.S. The pool is indoors and heated, like the Jacuzzi!!

La Casa de Martín y Francine es un espacio que ofrece tranquilidad, contacto muy cercano con la naturaleza, una vista al Embalse de Chivor impresionantemente bella no puede ser mejor. La casa tiene todo lo necesario y más para el descanso, con espacios muy amplios y agradables. Es un lugar perfecto para desconectarse. La amabilidad y ayuda de Miriam y Pacho, fueron fantásticas para que nuestra estancia fuera todavía mejor de lo esperado. Y la compañía de Katia en las caminatas y de Coco en la casa, también le agregaron un toque inolvidable a nuestro fin de semana en este lindo espacio. Gracias a Martín y Pablo por sus orientaciones y por compartir esta linda casa.

You will feel at home on the property with the very kind, helpful family who owns all of the land that the property sits on. They are very friendly and helpful with anything you need. There is a spa right next door to the rental where you can get massages. They have beautiful ponds where they grow fish, and if you want to catch some, it's every cast and you have dinner, and of course we received a lot of help from Mr. Carlos (our local fishing guide). The woman who runs the spa was super friendly and our gracious host. I would highly recommend you hire her for a massage or two! The place is designed very intelligently, from the lighting, to the spacing and rooms, kitchen, etc. We will be back.

Me encantó la casa, muy organizada, cuenta con todo para tener una estadía agradable. Carolina estuvo atenta en todo momento para resolver cualquier inquietud. Igualmente, Juan Carlos es alguien que está pendiente de lo que se necesite ya en el lugar, es muy amable y servicial. En conclusión, un gran lugar.

We stayed at Casa Chévere for a short friends’ retreat and absolutely loved it! The house is fantastic — fully equipped with everything you might need, from the kitchen to the outdoor areas. It’s spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. You can tell a lot of care has gone into making the place feel welcoming and complete. Communication with Sergio and Brenda was excellent from the start — always responsive, kind, and helpful. Fabio, the property manager, was also great to work with: friendly, professional, and attentive to anything we needed during our stay. The location is easy to access, and once you arrive, it’s the perfect spot to relax, connect, and enjoy time with friends. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend Casa Chévere to anyone looking for a well-appointed and thoughtfully managed place to stay.

Excelente alojamiento, te desconectas de la cotidianidad, pego a la vez esta muy cerca del pueblo de guatape donde turísticamente te brinda demasiadas experiencias. Un lujo!

La estadía en el apartamento de Ana María estuvo muy bien. Ella estuvo muy pendiente de todas nuestras necesidades e hizo todo lo posible para que nos sintiéramos muy a gusto en el apartamento. El apartamento lo encontramos muy limpio , ordenado, acogedor y en muy buen estado.

Gladis is an excellent host. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, well-located, very close to the beach, the main tourist attractions, and the airport are all just 15 minutes away. You can find restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies, and bakeries near the building. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The view is beautiful, it's very cool, cozy, clean, and everything is in good condition. The beds are very comfortable. I would definitely stay in this apartment again.

El espacio es verdaderamente mágico. Desconectado de absolutamente todo. Un gran lugar para conectarse con la naturaleza. Importante llevar leña, pues si bien el alojamiento la ofrece, puede estar muy húmeda y dificulta la prendida. Volveríamos sin duda. Muchas gracias, Mario!

Lovely quiet finca about a half hour walk from the town of Guatape. We had a nice and peaceful time here, waking up to the sound of exotic birds every morning. We got to see fireflies at night! The couple co-hosting the finca were friendly and helpful. They diligently cleaned the patios and the jacuzzi area every morning. The kids absolutely loved the trampoline and play area in the garden. Definitely recommend this finca for families seeking some quiet time, while also exploring Guatape and surroundings.

Una excelente estadía, fuimos 5 y 2 perros y la verdad la casa es muy comoda, tiene muchas cosas para hacer y muy completa. Yuri, la señora que cuida la casa es el punto mas destacado, siempre pendiente de uno, ayudando a cualquier hora. El lugar es muy tranquilo y con vistas naturales muy lindas. Recomendaría 100% para volver.

Es una casa hermosa ! La vista inigualable, y todas las comodidades que tiene son insuperables ! Desde la llegada muy pendientes de nosotros, check in y check out flexible, pendientes todo el tiempo, la cocina muy completa, las camas muy cómodas, los baños impecables, todos los electodomesticos funcionan. El ambiente es muy tranquilo, muy muy lindo, vale la pena 100%

La casa era preciosa, con un ambiente muy tranquilo que nos permitió descansar y disfrutar al máximo. La piscina está muy cerca de la propiedad, y el jacuzzi privado fue definitivamente uno de nuestros lugares favoritos. Las vistas desde la casa son hermosas, y la cocina estaba muy bien equipada, lo que facilitó mucho nuestra estadía. La distribución de las habitaciones es excelente, cada una con su propio baño muy lindo, lo que nos dio privacidad y comodidad a todos. El condominio está ubicado muy cerca de la carretera principal, y se puede acceder fácilmente con cualquier tipo de carro. Ana fue una excelente anfitriona: siempre atenta, dispuesta a ayudarnos con cualquier cosa que necesitáramos o cualquier duda que tuviéramos, en cualquier momento del día. Incluso antes de nuestra llegada, estuvo muy pendiente de que todo quedara claro y organizado. Sin duda, volveríamos con mucho gusto. ¡Gracias por todo, Ana!

Es nuestra segunda visita a este pequeño paraíso. Pasamos un fin de semana de descanso muy a gusto; disfrutamos de la paz y tranquilidad que nos ofrece La comarca. Muy agradecidos con el Sr. Mauricio quien como siempre fue muy amable y atento.
