Love this place! Secure and quiet building in the heart of Parque 93. The apartment looks even better in person than in the pictures. Perfect location with tons of restaurants and nightlife options nearby. Highly recommend!

Since I contacted Juan, he was very kind and attentive. He helped me with my requests and that helped me a lot during my stay. The place is well located, close to the T area, shopping centers and good restaurants. Check-in was easy, the people at check-in were very friendly. They helped me solve a safe issue that was also perfect. Recommended for work or leisure if you are looking for something different from a hotel; cheap and well located.

Richard’s home is the perfect spot for a family visit. The place is comfortable and has many amenities in it although it needs some repairs. The pool is specially great for the kids. May’s attention and service is what makes the place shine though, she provides a great customer service.

beautiful home. the host was very responsive and the house was clean and in a good safe neighborhood. henry, the neighbor who lives accroas the street, picked us up from the airport and gave us the keys for check in. The location was great, only about a 5 min walk from the town plaza. The house was beautiful and felt magical. Highly recommend it for anyone staying in Jericó.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It has everything you need and the pool and access to the beach is a plus. We use the gym and the condominium areas without a problem. Perfect for relaxing and spending time with friends and family. The apartment was clean and in perfect condition. One of the rooms has a window that directly overlooks the corridor and can be quite noisy.

Apartment is well stocked for cooking if you like. It was comfortable, beds were cozy, A/C was great. Good location, close to restaurants and things to do. Perfect for a short stay.

Paul and his local representative Nicolas were extraordinarily responsive to all our needs and asks; best hosts we have ever had while using the platform. The unit is in a great and peaceful location; it is very complete and comfortable. Transportation was easy to all places we visited; parks near made it a great place for our morning runs. This combination host/unit is an open invitation to return to Cali again. We highly recommend them.

This is a wonderful apartment located near small restaurants and the beach. We loved the market and bakery right in front. The access to the beach right out of the lower floor parking lot was a great way to take a quick swim. North or south of this place you can find beaches, restaurants, or a quick espresso for 700 pesos. Only $20k pesos to the Ciudad Enmurallada. Restaurants to definitely try.
