Un espacio muy cómodo y agradable, especial para un grupo entre 10 y 12 personas, muy limpia y muy bien dotada. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables y dispuestos a lo que necesitamos, la zona es muy tranquila, fue una experiencia muy confortable.

Me encanta hospedarme en Roger, está en una zona muy tranquila y muy bonita, estás cerca de todo y las indicaciones del apartamento fue perfecto! :)

Das Haus ist architektonisch gut gemacht und liegt in einem wunderschönen, grün umfriedeten Garten. Alles ist blitzsauber, es gibt gute Betten und jede Menge schöne Plätze, sich in und um das Haus herum zusammenzusetzen oder zurückzuziehen. In der Umgebung nur kleine Geschäfte - ein Großeinkauf mit Taxianfahrt ist empfehlenswert. Leichte und freundliche Kommunikation mit der Ansprechperson. Wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt. 5 Sterne! Wir kommen wieder!

Excelente atención y servicio

La casa es muy hermosa, amplia y todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado. Las zonas comunes como la piscina y el billar son muy agradables y tienen comunicación directa con el interior de la casa por lo que se hace muy fácil mantener el contacto con las personas que están adentro. La comunicación con las personas encargadas del lugar siempre fue muy clara y explícita, nunca tuvimos ningún problema. Lo único que se notó es la cantidad de insectos y sobretodo pequeños ciempiés que entran a la casa. Se sabe que al ser una zona rural es normal que haya animalitos, pero la cantidad de estos que entraban en la casa era muy abundante.

Oscar’s place was excellent. The apartment was comfortable and had everything needed. The facilities, outstanding. Places on the terrace to have a great time. At the pool, they don’t require a swim cap, which is something I hate to use, and you can notice the respectful and exclusive treatment from the staff. Not to mention that the location is very convenient, and the Icon building by Energy Living will always be part of Medellín’s attractions. Very grateful for everything

Juan's place was pristine and in the perfect central location. What stood out most was the friendly admin staff at the door and Juan's prompt and helpful responses to any inquiries I had. Never waited more than a couple minutes for a response. Would happily stay again!

Absolutely loved my stay here. Location is perfect, tucked on a quiet street but easily walkable to plenty of cafes and restaurants. The view from the apartment is stunning. I was a solo traveler and felt so safe here, the reception was so friendly. Definitely recommend, perfect spot!

Check-in was very easy as the front desk reception showed us in. The location is also very walkable as we were able to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, stores, a small supermarket, and bars within 10 min. The place itself is set up very nicely like a hotel, with an ensuite bathroom for each bedroom and was very clean and pristine. The place matched the photos exactly. They also made checkout a breeze with no special instructions or steps needed. This was exactly what our group needed to relax and explore the city easily. Do note that the proximity to the bars and restaurants may mean some weekend noise at night, but the ease of being close to very good restaurants while feeling safe walking around is worth it. El Poblado is definitely where you want to stay while in Medellin.

Gracias Juan, sin duda volveremos, tu apartamento fue más de lo que esperamos. Buena ubicación, céntrica. La famosa zona T, queda a 12 minutos caminando y puedes ir tranquilamente. Lo recomendaría siempre. Si quieren un viaje para sentirte con todas las comodidades sin duda esta será una buena opción.

This is a wonderful apartment located near small restaurants and the beach. We loved the market and bakery right in front. The access to the beach right out of the lower floor parking lot was a great way to take a quick swim. North or south of this place you can find beaches, restaurants, or a quick espresso for 700 pesos. Only $20k pesos to the Ciudad Enmurallada. Restaurants to definitely try. La verdad muy bien atendidos desde el momento que se hizo la reservación, la ubicación está perfecta y me encantó que tiene Farmatodo y Makro al lado.

Fué muy fácil comunicarse con Olga, nuestra anfitrión, respondía muy rápido cualquier inquietud y se preocupaba constantemente por el bienestar de sus inquilinos. El alojamiento es tal cual se anunció, el conjunto es muy agradable, con varias piscinas y lo mejor de todo es el fácil acceso a la playa. Muchas gracias Olga por unas memorables vacaciones con mi familia.

Viviana y su madre Adriana son 2 personas muy amables y cordiales, muchas gracias para la acogida ! La habitación es grande, fresca y en barrio calmo. Es también accessible a pie en 10 minutos del terminal de bus.

Espacio bastante agradable para permanecer unos días en Bucaramanga con comodidad. Es un espacio tranquilo sin mucho ruido que permiten descansar. El edificio es bastante fácil de ubicar y el check-in es sencillo.
