Townhome vacation rentals in College Station

We literally rebooked our trip to get to stay here again! The house is way bigger than we need, but we love it! Seems just like home, and we got to bring our puppies😀 Page is wonderful to us! If going to see Aggies… this is the place to stay!

We had a great stay! The place was super cute and had thoughtful touches that made it feel cozy and homey. It was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was very responsive and made communication easy. Definitely a lovely spot for a relaxing stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The check-in process was a very easy, and access to the house was seamless. The house was extremely clean and exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed and more, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, with convenient access to main roads, which made getting around College Station easy, yet it was quiet and peaceful. The host was very responsive to our inquiries, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We will certainly stay here again when we’re back in College Station!

This was one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed at and I highly recommend it when visiting Aggieland! It had everything you could need, plenty of parking, and a responsive host. It was super clean and spacious. We loved our stay!

We were in town for a golf tournament. This location worked perfectly and having 3 parking spaces really helped. We only needed the 3 beds/bedrooms but having the extra beds is such a good idea and didn’t make the rooms feel cramped at all. Overall, definitely a great value.

We had a great stay at Jason’s place on Villa Maria. It allowed us to host my in-laws in town for my son’s graduation at TAMU, and the place slept six comfortably with a bathroom available in every room, plus one downstairs. Jason was proactive and reached out to me by phone before our stay to ensure I had all the information to enter and access the wifi. The home definitely was a great deal this weekend since we could have everyone in one place and not have to find three hotel rooms across town. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Bryan/College Station!

Sonia was great and very responsive. In the weeks leading up to my stay, I had several questions for her and she responded in a timely manner. If I’m ever back in College Station, I’ll be sure to book with her.

We loved our stay, already want to come back! Clean and comfortable, Michelle provided everything you could think of, paid great attention to the details, right down to cute WiFi login signs in every room. We loved that every room has its own bathroom, we had the garage available to us, and there were two outdoor porches. Thanks for a great stay in Aggieland!

There was a mishap with the original location that we booked. What could have been a disaster ended up being a beautiful experience. Nancy upgraded my family and I to another one of her properties and apologized for the mixup. Although the initial experience started off rough, she more than made up for it. I appreciate Nancy for her accountability and professionalism.

The apartment was clean and all the amenities are just what we needed. Too bad we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the area pool due to our busy schedule. There are several restaurants really close to the place. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe.

Great stay. Home is very well equipped and lots of things for kiddos, there’s even a crib! Great location as all needed amenities are all within a 5 minute drive. Host is very helpful and knowledgeable of the area.

We loved this unit! The pool is perfect and so close to the unit. Great for summer, or watching games in the fall outside poolside. Accommodating, friendly, lovely place to hang your hat!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, yet tucked away enough to be quiet and peaceful. We were in College Station for the A&M vs. LSU game and to visit our Aggie students. We had 3 couples in our group and we all enjoyed our stay. Jared & Stephanie had great communication and were responsive when we reached out with a question. The townhome was clean, comfortable and the location was close to campus, HEB grocery and restaurants. We had a great stay and will definitely try to stay here in the future if the property is available. Pick this place! You will be happy with your choice. :)

Derek's place is great. It was perfectly clean. It was perfectly furnished and it was so very quiet. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in College Station. I'll definitely be back when I make it back to town. A+
