kimlyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a great stay at Abby’s place in College Station! The home was very clean and comfortable—exactly what we needed for a busy weekend. The bed was especially comfy, which is always a great find when traveling. Abby was a proactive and thoughtful host, providing clear instructions ahead of time and checking in to make sure we were all set throughout our stay. We were in town for a basketball tournament, and the location was perfect—close to where my son and his team were staying, and conveniently near plenty of great restaurants. One highlight was The Republic Steakhouse—absolutely a must-try if you’re in the area! Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting College Station.

Quaint Aggieland Townhome

EllenRating, 5 stars7 months ago
We were in College Station for the A&M vs. LSU game and to visit our Aggie students. We had 3 couples in our group and we all enjoyed our stay. Jared & Stephanie had great communication and were responsive when we reached out with a question. The townhome was clean, comfortable and the location was close to campus, HEB grocery and restaurants. We had a great stay and will definitely try to stay here in the future if the property is available. Pick this place! You will be happy with your choice. :)

We were in town for a golf tournament. This location worked perfectly and having 3 parking spaces really helped. We only needed the 3 beds/bedrooms but having the extra beds is such a good idea and didn’t make the rooms feel cramped at all. Overall, definitely a great value.

Cheerful 3 bedroom home.

CharlesRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a great stay at Jason’s place on Villa Maria. It allowed us to host my in-laws in town for my son’s graduation at TAMU, and the place slept six comfortably with a bathroom available in every room, plus one downstairs. Jason was proactive and reached out to me by phone before our stay to ensure I had all the information to enter and access the wifi. The home definitely was a great deal this weekend since we could have everyone in one place and not have to find three hotel rooms across town. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Bryan/College Station!

We loved our stay, already want to come back! Clean and comfortable, Michelle provided everything you could think of, paid great attention to the details, right down to cute WiFi login signs in every room. We loved that every room has its own bathroom, we had the garage available to us, and there were two outdoor porches. Thanks for a great stay in Aggieland!

Spacious and elegant townhome 3BR/3.5 Bath

ReggieRating, 5 stars1 week ago
There was a mishap with the original location that we booked. What could have been a disaster ended up being a beautiful experience. Nancy upgraded my family and I to another one of her properties and apologized for the mixup. Although the initial experience started off rough, she more than made up for it. I appreciate Nancy for her accountability and professionalism.

BCS Townhome ~ Cozy & Clean ~ 2BR/2BA

KimRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The place is immaculate and decorated amazingly. The communication is fast and friendly. There is a room and a bathroom downstairs, as well as a room and a bathroom upstairs, so we all had our own space to relax. We would watch TV in the living room and eat in the kitchen, then off to our rooms to relax and watch a little more TV before bed. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, and there was more closet space than you could ever use. We were in town for the A&M graduation, and the campus is literally just a few minutes away. There's front and back parking for the unit, along with a cute little patio. Quiet neighborhood and a great stay!!
