House vacation rentals in College Park

We stayed at Marie’s home while attending an event at the University of Maryland. We did have to drive anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes to get to the places we needed to go (the university and metro), but it was the perfect location for us. It was incredibly peaceful, beautiful and relaxing on her property. The unit itself was in the basement of her home and we felt very safe and comfortable. Marie gave us plenty of privacy and responded quickly when we did need something. Zero complaints would highly recommend

This is the perfect place to get in and out of University of Maryland. We didn’t explore the immediate community much, but the house was a perfect hub to get from place to place while visiting the DC area. The house has plenty of space, felt safe and was very comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Can definitely hear someone or something walking around upstairs most of the night. But, other than that, was an awesome stay, very clean.

Clean and comfortable! Great place for our short getaway for a family event. Very grateful for driveway parking, as the street parking is very crowded. And the pleasant surprise was not having any cleanup instructions! Come, stay, enjoy ur time away and go! We still did some housekeeping before heading outof course, but it was nice to have a space that allowed u to come, relax and go, with not expectation of cleanup.

Modern, clean and spacious. The king bed and couch are super comfortable! It didn't bother us one bit but for people who need a lot of quiet you can hear the children and the family moving around upstairs, sometimes the pitter patter of cute little feet and sometimes voices. But again we didn't mind about that one bit. I wouldn't mind a few more amenities like a kitchen hand towel, extra garbage bags, extra pillow cases, perhaps a little table with chairs outside for morning coffee, etc. but it wasn't a big deal at all. The location was handy, and again it didn't bother us that two different neighbors had huge and loud parties on Saturday night but good to be aware if you might have an issue. Everything went smoothly and we enjoyed our stay. The price is reasonable. We will definitely consider staying there again if the opportunity arises.

Michelle and Jeff are outstanding hosts with a beautiful home! Their attention to detail is impeccable. Pre-check in, their communication was clear and friendly. By the time my family entered the home, we felt and were treated like special guests, even friends. There were snacks, a fully appointed kitchen and bath, and thoughtful details like extra chargers and bathrobes. We’re grateful for Michelle and Jeff’s part in making a trip to DC a wonderfully special and memorable experience!

We loved staying here. The beds and pillows were amazing. I have neck and back problems and normally don’t sleep well on vacation but this place was like sleeping at home. Thanks Adam for letting us come with our puppies for thepuppysphere grand opening.

Very complete home for a home studio, everything clean and tidy. We liked it very much, I think we would come back if we were to visit nearby places. The surroundings are quiet, no noise and nice to walk our dog. Totally recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay here and felt right at home. The house looked just like the pictures and was very cozy. Luam even reached out during our stay to ensure everything was going well. If we’re ever in the area again we would definitely return.

Incredible! The WoW factor when we walked to the pool was overwhelming. So much so, that we chose to stay there our first full day to soak in the atmosphere. It's a must see experience, no down side. It was like being at a private resort with a heated, well maintained pool and manicured grounds, very tastefully staged. So envious. Next time, we will bring bicycles to ride to town, it's only a few miles away. DC traffic is not to be trifled with; its Nascar. Our only bad part was Gladys wasn't around to say goodbye, we truly missed out there. We loved every second we spent with her. This is by far the high bar of airbnb's for us, and we've been to some stunning places, but this is our favorite. It was the best part of our trip!

This home was the perfect place to celebrate my daughter’s graduation! We had family travel in from several states, and everyone felt comfortable and truly enjoyed the spacious layout. It was a bit too chilly to use the pool, but I’m already looking forward to booking this home again. I’ll definitely be a repeat renter!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. If we are to return, we would most likely look at this house as a first option. The house is very spacious and for there to be 10 of us, we never felt piled on top of each other. the host communicated very well, from the time we booked the reservation up until it was time to check out and we really appreciate that! One main thing I would ask the host to consider is putting FULL BODY mirrors in some rooms (ie. living room/den and master bedroom) it was kind of hard trying to get dressed and make sure I looked well put together without having a full mirror to look into. Also, with all the backyard space, an in ground pool would have been nice but the above ground pool did its job. Overall the stay was about an 8/10

Daniel’s Home was beautiful and he made this special event for me and my family able to celebrate my sons 26th Heavenly Birthday a success We were very comfortable and it really felt like home the pool was very clean and the Home was very spacious and squeaky clean I would love to Book Daniel again He was a very nice and friendly Host that responded to any questions we had he made communication easy me and my family really enjoyed our self and yes he’s reasonable and you definitely get what you paid for and more Thank you again Daniel

I think this was a wonderful place no problems at all just at the end when we was accused of something that was not when we went around we mop and everything and it was not but overall I really liked him

If you're a tourist exploring the area, I recommend Zena's place. If you're a business professional, you guessed it, Zena's place. I was just in town for a short time and found this listing at the last minute. What luck! My stay was wonderful. Check-in is easy. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and well-appointed. No complaints. Would absolutely return in the future.

Leslie is an amazing host. She and Donovan went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The backyard was beautiful and peaceful. This was the perfect place to escape the busy city after a long day.

A wonderful home with great amenities and a very kind, helpful and responsive host. She respected our privacy and accommodated everything we needed. The hot tub and sauna were lovely. She even had a plastic pool for our dogs to play in. The house was well stocked and clean. There was clear communication from booking to checkout. We would for sure stay again!

Amazing stay all around ! Super comfy space and super clean! The only thing is that while the listing says “Entire home” it is just a seperate space basement, but a huge spacious one at that! Olu’s airbnb is definitely worth all the while!

Words can't even describe how homey and amazing our experience was especially to have a 2 year old. The place was everything we expected and went above and beyond. Super host doesn't even do the experience justice. Nadia and Phil were very responsive and understanding with things that came up. The home was beautiful clean and even offered other amenities that weren't expected. If I'm back in Maryland this will be my #1 place to stay if it's available!!

This place is larger and even better in person than in the pictures. Large roomy kitchen that has an open floor plan on the main floor. Great master shower and huge master closet. The neighborhood was nice and safe. Very quaint.

Yan helped me out and knew I was going to run late. Then my plane was delayed. Nevertheless, checkin was easy and I was tired when I arrived. So happy with the place when I got there. Had everything I expected. I could walk to restaurants and whole foods. Was especially thankful for the little extras that made the stay better like the bottled water and the umbrella in the wardrobe. Looking forward to staying here again.

Can’t rate Ernest’s home highly enough, he was so accommodating & place was beautiful with lots of space in a peaceful neighborhood. He has the most amazing front porch swing too. I stayed with my sons basketball team & parents some of the group was very loud, lots of trash with the kids so I apologize for the unexpected rowdy group but thank you so much for hosting us in your 5star home!
