The apartment is in a quiet suburban neighborhood with easy access to the Washington area. It's a short walk to the FDA. Downtown Silver Spring is nearby, with its many restaurants, bars, Fillmore music venue, Ellsworth Dog Park, and a movie theater. The National Archives, University of Maryland College Park and UMUC are just few miles away. A Ride-On bus stop is located on the same block as the apartment. A Metro bus stop is 5 minute walk. Silver Spring Metro Station is about 4 miles away. There are a few parking garages at the Silver Spring Metro Station if you choose to drive there and then hop on the metro. Free parking on weekends and holidays at all Montgomery County Parking garages (some lots and street parking may require payment on Saturday). You could also Uber/Lyft to the metro station or all the way into the city (great option esp if you're splitting fare).

Our family group loved Rochanne’s place! The house was tastefully furnished and thoughtfully organized to comfortably accommodate our group of eight adults. The kitchen was well-equipped - and we especially enjoyed the large backyard space with its comfy patio and Adirondack chairs. The location is also convenient: Greenbelt National Park is within walking distance, and the Calvert Road Disk Golf Park, the College Park Aviation Museum and College Park Metro station are a short drive away. We felt completely at home here!

Phenomenal stay, I was last minute upgraded, so no complaints here. Boris was extremely friendly, responsive, and very hands on when it comes to his property. Even though there are quite a few people coming and going. It remains (for the most part) quiet at all hours of the day. As to be expected with multiple guest under one roof, you can't be too picky with the state of some shared amenities, but that doesn't stop Boris from trying to improve and be proactive about the state of some things such as bathroom cleanliness and kitchen/living room as well. A very quiet and comfortable stay. The only thing that I could say is the parking situation is hit or miss, plenty of room on the side of the road, however my truck has a couple of new character marks, but nothing too serious ( it is old and already carried multiple marks anyways). Would love to stay with Boris in the future if the opportunity presents itself!

Mary’s Lanham home is beautiful! Enormous swell kitchen, dining room, living room in one connected open space area, just divine! The team and family deserve praise for making Airbnb such an attractive success at an inexpensive price! The rentals here raise Airbnb standards. I read the “for-sale” sign outside with much disappointment!! The unit is sufficiently thorough in offerings I am hesitant to suggest two small improvements: a kitchen microwave to allow fast heating of food and an Internet desktop computer allowing fast print jobs, at an affordable price.
