Monthly Rentals in College Park

Suzanne was excellent. I felt so bad as I arrived late due to my flight and was exhausted so I failed to read the instructions on checking in, but Suzanne was so patient and so helpful. I am so grateful because I was literally sleep walking when I arrived due to the time difference. Suzanne helped me get familiar with the area in so many ways. Suzanne's garden is huge and it was so nice to sit out there in the sun.

Latresa and will place is great. As it says in the listing it’s pretty private which worked out well for my work schedule. Everything was very enjoyable and I have no issues to speak of. I also enjoyed the neighborhood as I’d walk around every chance I could. I hope to be able to boom with them again in the future.

10/10 recommend great gut great place to stay anybody looking for a place to stay I highly recommend this place it’s a room but it’s like having your own place he is respectful and really a down to earth guy I’m coming back in a few weeks and would definitely be booking again matter fact I’m booking every time I come to Atlanta pleasure to stay here

This was our longest stay at any Airbnb (18 days) and that says everything!! Just like the pictures, clean, quiet(TO HAVE 5 ROOMS OCCUPIED MOST OF THE TIME IT WAS AMAZING HOW QUIET IT ACTUALLY WAS!!💯) only noise you really heard was the stairs/floor and all the guest were cool. Everyone spoke and used the common areas collectively at times, plus all the amenities were available! Kitchen (we cooked often with no problem) washer and dryer(soap provided), Netflix and more already signed in on the tvs! Our host definitely accommodated during our stay, i said something the first couple days about no coffee and the next it was there! We were able to extend multiple times at anytime basically with no problem, and he communicated well and responded quickly. The absolute only thing i would say change is the blinds in the bathroom window, making it more private. My fiancé felt the need to shower in the dark thinking we could be seen through the window. Nothing else other than GREAT STAY!
