Entire house, two blocks from the beach, equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms located on the top floor, the master bedroom with private bathroom and king size bed, living room, 2 full bathrooms in common areas, patio and garage for 1 car. In the house's surroundings you'll find everything from a Japanese restaurant to a diner for having some delicious chilaquiles for breakfast. The supermarket is steps from the house, public transportation stops at the corner, and taxis are two blocks away.

This house is CENTRALLY located in Cuauhtémoc, a village that is 3 degrees cooler than Colima city. Cuauhtémoc is 15 minutes away by car from Colima city; ONLY 5 minutes away from the Colima airport; 50 minutes to the nearest beach; 20 minutes to Comala; 1.5 hours to Manzanillo; 2 hours to Guadalajara airport. There are many services available nearby, such as a convenience store that's open 24/7, among many others. Guests MUST read and agree to the house rules to be able to stay at this place.

Enjoy breathtaking views from the heights of 1350 meters above sea level, the majesty of the valleys and volcanoes.

Located near the historic center, Walmart, the University of Colima and Unidad Morelos. The house has an equipped kitchen, TV room, laundry room and space to socialize comfortably. Sleeps 4-8 guests. We do not have a private garage. Park in front of the property, which is in a very safe area.

Montitlán is located at an altitude of 1440 meters, so it has a fairly cool and pleasant climate. Montitlán does not have cell phone reception, making it an ideal place to disconnect from the world; in any case the house has Wi-Fi.
