The first part is preserved with its original facade from the last century, two bedrooms, and a living room in the old part with two sofa beds and three full bathrooms. A cool house with natural ventilation as it has three gardens. In the back there is a small terrace and pool. It has a washing machine and a kitchen with the basics. The house has an old-fashioned touch typical of Colima from the beginning of the last century.
