It is at the 3rd and last floor of a recently renovated residence (2015), offering a lovely view of the mountain. Rent a fully renovated studio ( 25 m²) in the Grand Pavois building located at the foot of the slopes of the resort of St Jean Montclar 2 hours from Marseille. The accommodation contains a balcony with magnificent views of the mountains and the ski area. The place is good for couples, solo travelers and families. No pets allowed. SHEETS ARE NOT PROVIDED. Cleaning must be done by the tenant( 40 Euros if not done correctly).
