Fantastic location, great house, very comfortable. Lots of great restaurants within a short walk. Our party of 6 really enjoyed the space. The pool table was a hit! Would definitely stay again the next time we are in Buenos Aires!

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

Realmente excelente todo súper espaciosa Para todas las familias, y la predisposición de Andrea y Leo igual, todo excelente sin dudas nos sentimos como en casa y volveremos otra ves!! Muchas gracias

Estuvimos alojadas un grupo de 9 amigas por un fin de semana. La casa es super cómoda para grupos grandes además de estar muy bien ubicada y cuenta con todo lo necesario, no tuvimos que llevar nada. Lucía se comunicó desde el primer momento con nosotras y nos recibió para hacer el check in, e incluso gestionamos un late check out sin problemas, ella siempre muy amable. Volveríamos sin dudas.

Micaela es un amor, es atenta y además fue muy flexible con nosotros para hacer el check in el día que llegamos. El depa era muy acogedor y cercano a supermercados y lugares para ir recorriendo 🤗

Graciela's space was our home for over a month. Pros: - EXTREMELY walkable neighborhood. High density of world class food and coffee shops within 5-10 minutes walk from your front door. - Amenities. On the 10th floor (terrace) there's a heated pool with city view, sauna, steam room, social room/grill, sundeck. It almost feels like you're at a 4-5 star hotel. The gym could use more weights/plates/dumbells, though - EXTREMELY attentive host. Graciela genuinely cares about how you're doing and goes out of her way to let you know about events in BsAs Cons: - Smokers in the vicinity / hallway smells can seep into apt - Small kitchen with only 2 electric stovetops - No solid workspace (dining room table chairs aren’t the most comfortable and outlet placement was a bit convenient) - Apartment has no balcony and faces inward (still has a view, but little to no direct sunlight during the day)

If you’re thinking about coming to Buenos Aires, don’t think. Buy the ticket. Come. Stay here. I’m so serious. You’re two blocks away from uptown bar which is sick, las cabras which has phenomenal asado, and super safe neighborhood. Can uber anywhere for less than $10. Book the trip, the only thing you’ll regret is leaving

Excellent unit in a beautiful part of the northern suburb. Plenty to do! Loved the area and the place itself. Clean, new and fully equipped. Host was extremely accommodating and gracious. Would definitely recommend !!

Departamento muy cómodo para nosotros, un matrimonio con dos adolescentes. Privacidad, baño en suite y otro baño completo. Todo funcionaba muy bien. Ale respondió rapidísimo cada consulta! muy agradecida! Nos dejaron cápsulas de café y botella de agua de cortesía, que nos encantó. No utilizamos las amenities pero todo lucía impecable. El edificio es muy limpio y ordenado también. La ubicación justa para las celebraciones a las que íbamos. La vista hacia el río es hermosa! Está al frente de un espacio arbolado y despejado de edificios, asique se disfruta mucho desde el balcón cerrado (integrado al living) la vista del río, amaneceres y atardeceres muy bellos! Toallas de calidad. Wifi funciona muy bien. Zona segura. La cochera muy bien también, el ascensor está pegado a la cochera, asique super cómoda. Se abona adicional pero te aseguras tenerla resuelta. Muy contentos con la experiencia!!

Muy buena experiencia, Martu es muy amable y atenta, respondió rápido en todo momento. Reservamos a último momento y fue muy flexible con el check-in. El lugar coincide con las fotos.

Excelente todo! La ubicación, limpieza y orden! Comodidad para estacionar. Gracias x el café de cortesía, cama y toallas muy suaves. Dos días de relax y descanso súper necesarios . Obviamente volveré. Súper recomendable!!

El Check in y check out fueron súper fáciles. Eso nos permitió llegar a la hora que nos resultaba cómodo a nosotros. El ventanal con plantas en el exterior es muy lindo y lo mejor es la calidad del sommier. El bar que se comunica con el edificio es espectacular!!
