Fantastic location, great house, very comfortable. Lots of great restaurants within a short walk. Our party of 6 really enjoyed the space. The pool table was a hit! Would definitely stay again the next time we are in Buenos Aires!

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

Really excellent, everything was super spacious for all families, and Andrea and Leo's willingness was the same, everything was excellent, without a doubt we felt right at home and we will come back again!! Thank you very much

The place was so fun! Arcade games were a huge hit ! Damian was easy to communicate with. Comfy beds! Great location , fruit store across the street!

We were a group of 9 friends staying for a weekend. The house is super comfortable for large groups, in addition to being very well located and having everything you need, we didn't have to bring anything. Lucia communicated with us from the first moment and received us to check in, and we even arranged a late check-out without problems, she was always very kind. We would definitely come back.

Micaela is a sweetheart, she is attentive and was also very flexible with us to check in the day we arrived. The apartment was very cozy and close to supermarkets and places to visit 🤗

If you’re thinking about coming to Buenos Aires, don’t think. Buy the ticket. Come. Stay here. I’m so serious. You’re two blocks away from uptown bar which is sick, las cabras which has phenomenal asado, and super safe neighborhood. Can uber anywhere for less than $10. Book the trip, the only thing you’ll regret is leaving

Excellent unit in a beautiful part of the northern suburb. Plenty to do! Loved the area and the place itself. Clean, new and fully equipped. Host was extremely accommodating and gracious. Would definitely recommend !!

I loved the place, apartment identical to the photos, great location in a great neighborhood, super attentive host.

Very comfortable apartment for us, a married couple with two teenagers. Privacy, en-suite bathroom and another full bathroom. Everything worked great. Ale responded very quickly to every question! I'm very grateful! They left us coffee capsules and a complimentary bottle of water, which we loved. We didn't use the amenities, but everything looked spotless. The building is very clean and tidy too. The right location for the celebrations we were going to. The view of the river is beautiful! It is in front of a wooded area and clear of buildings, so you can enjoy the view of the river, sunrises and sunsets from the enclosed balcony (integrated into the living room)! Quality towels. Wifi works great. Safe area. The garage is very good too, the elevator is right next to the garage, so it's super convenient. You pay extra, but you make sure you have it resolved. Very happy with the experience!!

Very good experience, Martu is very friendly and helpful, she responded quickly at all times. We booked at the last minute and he was very flexible with check-in. The place matches the photos.

Ariela and Francisco always responded quickly to our inquiries and were willing to help us with whatever we needed. In addition to the apartment being spotless, they left us complimentary coffee for the days of our stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and the apartment has great natural light throughout the day. We'll choose them again :)

Excellent, we had a little problem with the gate, but they responded very quickly. Very satisfied.

Check-in and check-out were super easy. That allowed us to arrive at a time that was convenient for us. The window with plants outside is very nice and the best thing is the quality of the bed base. The bar that connects with the building is spectacular!!

Great place to stay in Belgrano, 10 min walk from subte at Congreso Tucaman, very clean and furnished as the description. Best of all the host was very friendly, flexible and responsive which made our stay very easy.

The apartment was impeccable and everything was in order. It is located in a very nice area, where you are close to most tourist places, taking a bus you can get anywhere in 20 minutes. On the other hand, the attention provided by the hosts was excellent, they were always communicating to see if I needed anything, they were able to advance my check-in and check-out time, which was something that helped me a lot to organize my trip. Everything was excellent.
