Monthly Rentals in Cocoyoc

The house is perfect, the garden and outdoor areas are beautiful. Our favorite part was the living and dining room in the Palapa, we spent a lot of time there while our furry friends enjoyed the garden. An important detail to highlight is that the property has a double fence which makes the place safer for pets. It has all the equipment and very special details to have a pleasant stay (enough towels🙌, complimentary coffee, pillows, cushions, bedspreads, etc). The pool and Jacuzzi are at a perfect temperature. The only thing I can complain about is that we were there for very few days, we will definitely book Casa Coati again. I also want to say that Rodrigo is a very empathetic and kind host, supporting us at all times.

A really nice stay... everything in good condition... the air conditioning works 100%!!... the kitchen is impeccable with everything you need, as well as each room... the pool has an excellent temperature... Mrs. Narcisa, who helps with the food and cleaning, is super nice and very attentive... her work and/or hiring is highly recommended, as is Mr. Daniel, excellent seasoning... attention and willingness at all times... I will definitely come back

The place is quiet enough for digital nomads, safe for pets, & has a pretty garden. The hosts are great. And the owner stood up for me right after I arrived when a taxi driver was asking for more money, without even knowing me! I couldn't help thinking this is a very rare person. Highly recommended!

A very safe and cozy place. Tastefully decorated, peaceful and quiet. Thick concrete walls, the whole place is built with the strength of a fortress. There was no noise from the other rooms, because of this. Ubers will come down the steep street to the door to pick up and return, but taxis usually don’t want to. I enjoyed my six week stay, and I will be happy to return.
