This stay was exactly as advertised and was perfect for me and my wife. We loved staying here and would do so again. It was nicely kept, and in a convenient location.

Irina place was perfect, it was cozy and just as described. The check in and out process was smooth and Irina was great at answering all of questions and communicating. 10/10 thank you for being a great host !

My son and his college roommate stayed with Judy before they could check in to their new apartment. Judy was a great host. Everything was easy and as expected. The place is as shown and spotless. No ridiculous house rules and check out instructions. It was a breezes for the young men and for me. Thanks Judy!

This was an awesome place to stay in with my fiance it was very private and clean.Having an assigned parking space in this area made it easier and there is so much to do around the area as well ! We had everything we needed inside and out it was great !

Victor's place was a very nice place to stay while in Miami. it's a nice cool room with enough space to do whatever you need to do like simple cooking showering and sleeping at night. Whenever we had questions Victor was right there in the messages responding immediately. He's very accommodating to what you need. My wife and I like to sleep very cold in our room and it's really nice that you can have a remote control next to the bed to operate the air conditioning at any temperature. Would definitely recommend staying at his COZY suite for anyone!

Stay was very comfortable,quite ,private and safe.

Amazing place. Close to everything. Very clean. Easy to check-in and check out. He even kept out bags for is until we ready to fly out. Huge tub with jets waa amazing ! Only thing i would change waa a few extra towels and bath cloths(2 each per guest) Other than that it waa a perfect place to stay in Miami and i will stay again

We had a great stay at Berits! My husband and I needed a quick place to stay driving to Miami for music week and it was very close to our venue and quiet and safe! Also provided parking and a private outdoor area for us. Fit all our needs for the stay and was clean and comfortable:) thanks for the hospitality ! Would stay again!

Kathy was responsive and kind, great host overall. The place was just as pictured, cute, clean, and organized. The layout and location of the airbnb made me feel safe which is a huge plus when staying in unknown areas as a woman. This spot did not disappoint!

A comfortable and serene suite that is great for one or two people—plenty of space without feeling cramped in any way. There are lovely details thought out by the host, like Aesop toiletries and reusable makeup-removing cloths. There are also key convenience items like a washer and dryer (!!!), plus considerate details like a couple detergent pods to use. I had a busy schedule, so I never used the screened porch, but I could see it being very nice to sit there with a coffee and a book. The host was also quick to respond to messages.

Even better than the photos! Charming little place in a safe quiet neighborhood. There are restaurants and a grocery store nearby and very easy to call ubers. Lovely park to sit and read at nearby and private backyard where I had breakfast everyday. Felt very safe as a solo traveler. Would absolutely recommend!

I was able to check earlier than the time set. It’s quiet and easy to find. I felt like i was on my little island. I enjoyed my stay and i definitely will book there again once am down that way.

This place was above and beyond my expectations, if I could give more than 5 stars rating I would definitely do it. Luly has one of the best place to stay in Miami whether you’re staying for a short term vacation or long term no doubt, I’ll definitely recommend this place 100% she even let me stay past the check out time with no problem definitely worth it. Rafael's place is exactly like the pictures. It is perfect for a weekend and for 2 people, with all the amenities needed to have a comfortable stay for a good price. Rafael is always ready to answer any questions and help if needed. We had a great weekend!

The best host and best hospitality I’ve ever had. Autumn was absolutely spectacular. Super kind and understanding. The place was amazing. She gives you your privacy and it is a spectacular backyard and pool. She had everything for you at the house and it was all clean and organized. 10/10 would recommend and would stay here again.

I came to Florida to have surgery and the place was perfect - location was 8 mi d from my Doctor Office. Perfect for 2 ppl super clean. They even had coffee :) The bathroom was my fav part ! It was Big Spacious and nice

We couldn't have had a better experience. Claudia & Juan are wonderful hosts, their home is so beautiful, the bed is comfortable, the neighborhood is peaceful, it's perfectly located and surrounded by wonderful restaurants. I can't say enough about this place - they've thought of everything and utilized this small space in such an incredible way. It truly is the best suite in Hollywood! We are so thankful for them welcoming us into their home and for their genuine hospitality. We would absolutely love to stay here again the next time we're in the area!
