Ninfa's place is in the middle of a K a k a o - Plantation!!! We loved this unique location. You can take a tour there for production/ production or many details can be shown or explained directly by Ninfa. Ninfa and her family are super nice and hospitable. Since we hardly speak Spanish, we were very relieved that Ninfa speaks very good English. The bungalow is very simply furnished and does not have its own kitchen, but there is an area where you can prepare your own meals. We highly recommend this place.

Just 1 .5 hours from Guayaquil, 10 minutes from the main road, 20 minutes from town, at the foothills of the Andes, the property is for sale. Enjoy from the balconies the neighbor's property, which is a hacienda of hundreds of untouched hectares of native cloud forest. The presence of exotic birds, insects, and wildlife is abundant. Private room in the first floor. It has a new double bed (queen), very comfortable. Private bathroom, spacious closet, rest furniture, and work table. Family home full of friendly plants and pets, with free space. We have a safe garage in the house itself. 3 blocks from Main Avenue (Cave Monument) and 7 blocks from downtown. We issue billing. Welcome.

fabulous stay, ideal for spending time as a family, beautiful facilities. 100% recommended.

Simple, clean space in the countryside. At night you can hear the river rushing and in the morning you are woken up by birdsong. Basic equipment is available. The host and her mother-in-law are extremely friendly and helpful. We were well looked after.

A long hallway is shown, featuring a polished black and white floor. Doors are visible on either side, leading to different rooms. The walls are painted in a soft light color, and overhead lighting brightens the space.
