Beverly was responsive, helpful, and kind throughout our experience. The home worked well for our needs. it was easy to access and equipped with everything we needed. TVs are modern, good sizes, and nicely positioned. Primary bed is comfy and we enjoyed the quality bedding. overall a lovely stay.

Ed was an excellent host ,we were extremely satisfied , his personality was awesome he made sure that everything was to our expectations the house was great. Shalynn's home was cozy but roomy, with an open concept. The location is peaceful, beautiful and quiet. The pictures do not do justice, when you walk into her home it's an awe moment. There were some items that were not fixed I contacted her to make her aware and she responded quickly. She was flexible with check in, and made sure there wasn't anything else I needed, only problem was the cleaning crew left water bottles and trash behind the beds, and I could not dispose of the trash because it was full no fault of Shalynn. Overall, the stay was nice. Her place beautiful and will be an excellent rental on Airbnb.

All I can say is Octavia, by far, is the best host I have ever worked with on Airbnb. She not only offers her comfortable space, she checks in with you to ensure that you are comfortable as well. I can't begin to measure the passion she has for her guest. She is truly one of a kind.❤️🌹

The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The location was perfect and easy to find. Caesarius was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made my trip very pleasant. I highly recommend this spot and would definitely return.

Location was outside of the busier parts of Atlanta but easy to drive to restaurants and shops close by. Would stay here again!

Wonderful Stay in Marietta Townhouse! I had a fantastic time at this 2 bed, 1.5 bath Marietta townhouse. The location is perfect, with easy access to downtown and nature trails. The interior is beautifully decorated, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the outdoor patio is a lovely addition. The host was responsive and attentive. Highly recommend this gem for a memorable stay in Marietta!

A wonderful private getaway tucked away in the mountains right on the lake. Everything you see on the images pretty accurately reflects what you're going to be seeing and expecting at the Luxurious Lake Arrowhead cabin. The drive was a unique one, being an automotive enthusiast the mountainous terrain for the drive in and out of the cabin is a blast. Tyler was an awesome host, kept things very easy for the stay. If you're looking for a fun or quiet getaway, this location can support both with plenty of bedding for a small group to have a wonderful stay.

We decided to make a short trip up to Atlanta for a Braves game and the Aquarium. We were even able to fit in some dinner with family in Marietta. This place provided a nice relaxing place for us to settle between everything and allow us to bring our wonderful dog along. The owners were very responsive and helpful. From the beginning, we had no trouble getting inside and settling. Inside is a bit cozy and has a homey feel to it with a great view of the lake they're sitting on. Outside is a newer spacious trex (or comparable) decking out over the lake with some paddle boards and kayaks that were available for use. It was very nice to hang out there, chat and sip on a beer. Just a peaceful setting that was much needed. The only thing that was a little difficult to manage was the shower due to it's size but we both handled it fairly well. Overall, I'd say this was an excellent experience and would certainly do this again. Thank you!!

Peaceful stay. The landscaping and lighting at night was so pretty. We sat outside in the rocking chairs a lot! The back porch was a perfect setting for a good book and cup of coffee with the trelliss and flowering vines. Communication was timely and I really liked how everything was outlined both prior to our visit and at the house.

I loved staying here and would stay again. Great home and a great host.

This is a great little house close to the lake for a getaway. The beach area was really quiet during our stay and is a short walk from the house. Just be warned, it is down a path with a section that is fairly steep, so may be difficult to carry all your lake gear to. The house was very clean and well stocked including a range of toys for multiple age groups which was a huge amenity. My only critique is the upstairs air conditioner (located in the master bedroom for the whole upstairs) did struggle a bit to keep up with it being hot and humid. The second bedroom was a little warm even with the box fan provided. Overall though, this was a great vacation getaway rental.
