Had a great time and great location!

This was by far one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had. Lorrie was thorough and attentive. If you’re not used to being in a big city and finding your way could be a little confusing but Lorries instructions were so in-depth and easy to follow. On top of that the condo was absolutely beautiful and clean. I will definitely be saving the place for future trips. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!!

Aarons place was spotless and I loved the views. The roof top amenities was my absolute favorite! My content was completely beautiful with the city view. The furniture was comfortable and the views from the apartment was so peaceful.

We had a great stay! We made good use of the gym and really appreciated how close we were to everything we had planned. The location was perfect, and everything felt easy and convenient. Thank you!

The apartment was beautiful and had amazing views, especially at night. You could really see the city! Great location and right in the heart of lots of things to do! She was super responsive and helpful! Will be booking again when we come back!

Worked perfectly for my quick stay. Kitchen was much smaller than i expected but it was well equipped. The place was clean and just as shown in photos

The brief summer stay was just what I expected. Perfect location and the complex offered every amenity imaginable. Will always look for her units for future travel to Atlanta.

5 stars. This was the perfect place for my small family. I have no complaints. Close to the Atlanta Braves Stadium and lots of places to eat. Quiet neighborhood too. My only suggestion is the pull out couch is more single than double. But there is an air mattress in the closet. So it worked out well. Definitely will book again the next time we travel to Atlanta!

It was an amazing place to stay! Gaynell is a super responsive host and I had no problems! It was a very clean and nice place overall!

We had a great time and the Host was always on top of things for us and very responsive. This let us enjoy the stay a lot more since we didn't have to worry about anything related to the room since it was answered promptly . Great spot in ATL, recommend!

I hesitate to say too much or otherwise this place will always be booked! We had a wonderful member of the hosting team greet us and even bring us up to the condo with every instruction we needed. Place is lovely, so well decorated, cared for & has views of the pool. We had incredible responsiveness from the host the whole time. Loved the kitchen, the laundry, my son said he has never slept that well in his life. We cooked a lot, enjoyed the incredible pool & common spaces... the gym is beyond incredible. The mall/Costco is a 3 min drive. My note would be this is not a party place, the pool is in the center of a lot of residents & they need to sleep and go to work. But absolutely enjoy yourself and get a great tan. Our hall was incredibly quiet. My husband said the host's service was the best part, got us in quickly, answered questions...was "on it".

Go ahead and RESERVE before someone beats you to it!! I really truly appreciate Bernadette! She promptly solved any minor issue we had and went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us out…… even allowing us a flexible checkout, which was a tremendous blessing!! The location was so convenient to excellent food places like Chick-fil-A and Zaxby’s and it was also very close to the World Congress Convention Center and the Mercedes Dome!!…. Again, book it fast before somebody beat you to it! 😊

Very nice area and location in East Cobb area of Roswell, GA. High end residential area. 3 minutes down the road is Publix and Kroger shopping centers along with restaurants, cleaners and gas stations. The location is a bit of a drive to major highways like 285 and GA 400 because it is imbedded into neighborhoods. Very responsive hosts. Any questions or concerns I had they got right back with me and indeed came out timely. This is a basement apartment of a large house. Both are rented out as Air B&B. If both areas above & the basement apartment are rented out at same time, you can hear each other. Be a respectful neighbors. Nice backyard,sides not fenced, perfect for dogs. Everyone that came while I was there brought their dog(s). The driveway is super steep & curves to right going up.House is on a hill, first one on the left as you turn off Childers.Take driveway slow, Low gear depending car. Plenty of parking at the top of the driveway. Very satisfied with my stay of 2 months.

Great stay with flexible checkin times, was nice to have a washer and dryer in the room and the parking was handy.

My stay was extremely comfortable- fresh, organized, accommodating. The kitchen was clean, living room was big, bedrooms were great sizes, and bathrooms were clean! I would stay here again.

My boyfriends & I stay here was amazing. Everything we had on our itinerary was no more than 20 minutes out. Felt like we were right at home. There is a small but nice balcony on the back! The directions to get to the apartment were simple and parking is great. We did get a boot on our car but that’s because we parked in handicap, our fault. 10/10, would definitely stay again!

Stayed at the location for two nights, host includes pictures and detailed instructions to check in and then afterwards you receive an electronic key once you’re in that lets you just buzz in the door instead, it has a large bath, a pool if you have the electronic key, an ironing board and steaming iron, floss picks, cotton swabs, and ear swabs, has a few ingredients I think other guests left behind like flour and oil, pots and pans, trash bags, some silverware and plates and bowls, a tv in the living room with a netflix account logged in already for guests to use Place was overall nice but did have a couple things like a few hairs in the tub and a blue cheese sauce cup in the drawer of the bathroom for some reason pfft Unfortunately at the time our car literally got stolen from while we were out for the day and with that the key we were given got stolen, was able to get in without it, couldn’t use pool sadly but host didn’t charge and was understanding about it which was appreciate

The views were phenomenal. It was located in a decent downtown area near restaurants and accessible by public transportation. The owner was quick to answer any questions, and was very receptive.

La Toya was THE BEST!! Super easy to communicate with. My flight was early and she had no problem letting me in. This condo building had THE NICEST STAFF!! Seriously the nicest people from check in, floor help, concierge… everyone super helpful. The condo… AMAZING View! I would sit and have coffee in the morning look out over the park. Condo was very clean. Had all the PT, TP, dish soap and was laundry down the hall… bed was comfy. Great location to aquarium, coke museum, Mercedes Benz venue, super safe area. Plenty of places to eat. Y’all this was the best location for downtown Atlanta!

I love the place , very clean , spacious and literally had everything we needed very clean and cozy and felt like home .. check in was great and the host was very nice and gave clear instructions and very responsive .. one of my favorite stays . Will stay again when I come back to atl .

Roxanne’s place is exactly as described and very comfortable and easy for access I would most definitely stay again
