Please read all below: We are a 2 bdrm 1 bath bungalow located in Colchester VT, lakefront on the Mallet's Bay portion of Lake Champlain. There is beach access directly across the street for kayaking, sailing, paddle boarding, and sunset watching. We are just a 15 minute drive to Burlington for shopping and dining. There is a small covered porch to sit on and a lake to look out on. We have 2 yaks&SUPS available for use. The lake is a bay section so the bottom is muddy, recommend water shoes!

Newly remodeled with a separate entrance to first level of a raised ranch home. Private bathroom, queen sized bed and sitting area. There are down pillows and a down comforter on the bed.
