The house is beautiful and very typical of the area, well-kept and with everything you need. You should consider that it is a humid and warm area, so you will find some insects, but it does not go beyond having a repellent or throwing away those that are in the house. But the house was very compliant, even though it did not have parking. The area is safe and friendly

The apartment has enough space for any stay, with a kitchen and a living room separate from the bedroom. It's nice and tidy. The location is the best, both to go downtown and to take transportation to Coatepec. Martha is always attentive to any needs you may have.

Consider that the apartment does, it's true, have humidity, but hey, what place in Xalapa doesn't? Very comfortable and quiet place

A wonderful experience. I stayed for 6 weeks. Thanks to all the members of the cooperative, who always made me feel right at home. The apartment is comfortable, with a kitchen, private bathroom and the location is excellent. There is a large patio and a garden where you can relax or work. You can also take part in workshops and attend concerts there. From there you can walk to the waterfalls or take the bus to Coatepec or Xalapa. A very special and unique place. I really enjoyed my stay.

Mr. Victor is an excellent host, and the location is privileged. In the heart of the city of Xalapa, it is an extremely quiet, private space with a beautiful view of trees and plants. Easy access to various places: museums, cafes, restaurants, cultural spaces, popular food markets, banks, etc. This is the second time I've stayed with him, the mini apartment has everything you need. Highly recommended.

The stay was pleasant, the area is quite comfortable if you want to go for a walk, although they could add a small grill to cook something, it does not mean that it is not a good option for the stay. Overall, the place and service were very good.

The air conditioning makes all the difference, especially in the hot season. Keep in mind that it is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator.

Excellent, one of the best experiences in a stay with the hosts, everything was explained, they did not leave any loose ends in the explanation, it was only difficult to regulate the shower in heat - cold but apart from that the communication was great, at this point it is highly valued because many hosts only see their need and forget the user as is currently the case with Uber but here the hosts are wonderful, I was fascinated with their attention

We felt right at home in this beautiful apartment. So close and walkable to many interesting places and of course to great restaurants in Xalapa. The apartment had all the amenities that we needed. The apartment is located in a safe and peaceful part of Xalapa. Can’t wait to go back.
