Vacation rentals with a patio in Coal Harbour, Norgate

Super clean place. No problem to check in and communicate. Great shower and fully stocked kitchenette. Easy to get around the city by walking or by public transportation. Nice to hear the seagulls flying by. Bonus is washer/dryer in the unit. Would definitely recommend.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a girls weekend. The layout of the unit, the location, the decor and bathrooms were all great. Ubers were easy to get to and from the unit, and it made for a great homebase for us. My only gripe, if I had to find one was the fact that we needed to throw away our own trash at the end of our stay. The trash receptacles are all the way on the first floor behind several doors and a few long corridors, and because our flight was at 8am, we had to account for an extra 20 minutes to bring the trash down, bring our keys back up to the unit, and then head out. Otherwise, the views, location and comfort of the unit made for an excellent first visit in Vancouver.

Jason's place has a stunning view and we had a great time watching the lights come up in the city at night. We were also surprised that it was very quiet, we never heard the neighbors. As several people have mentioned, the instructions for getting inside could be clearer, particularly getting the car into and out of the garage. It was all fine in the end but better instructions would make it less stressful. We would definitely stay here again. A very special place.

We stayed in Michaels appartment for a whole week, while exploring Vancouver and we can just say, that it was the best choice. It isn't just as good, as the pictures show it, but even better. It is very well put together with carefully selected furniture fitting the style. Thus small, it has a very clever room design, so you don't miss any more space and find everything where expected. Then the balcony gives a nice view, especially in the evening and after sunset. It is just a blast enjoying the city life from up there while sipping a cold beer and looking at the colorful sky. Other than that we chose it for the location close to Davie village. We found out, that you can explore pretty much everything in foot, so we barely used the safely parked car for inner city activities. When we left the appartment, we were a little sad, as it was just so good. Naming the best at the end. Michael. He is very nice, helpful and just the perfect host. Keep it just like that! :)

My stay at Krystal’s apartment in Vancouver was fantastic! The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Exactly as shown in the photos, if not better. Krystal was a wonderful host: warm, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions. The apartment is in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, and public transit, which made exploring the city super easy. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Vancouver. Andy and Lydia were fantastic hosts. We felt welcomed and any questions that we had were answered very quickly. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Check in and check out were a breeze thanks to the clear instructions. The area is up and coming, and there are plenty of great spots just a short walk away. It was super close to downtown- easily and safely accessible by car/uber/taxi.

This is an accommodation that children decided because they wanted a city view. The neatly organized accommodation, comfortable bed, and especially the sofa bed were really nice ~ I had a happy time with the wonderful view when I opened my eyes It was located in downtown, so there were many places you could use on foot, so the convenience was good. If you want a place to stay in Downtown Vancouver, this is the place to stay ~ Highly recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The view was amazing, and we walked everywhere including the beach! My children loved the space, and the access to everything including restaurants was perfect. We would absolutely stay here again!

Meg helped us with an early check in. The place was new and in great condition. Very convenient to the Little Italy District on Commercial Drive.

Gorgeous waterfront property in a beautiful location. The home was bright, modern, and immaculately clean. Comfy beds and linens, and cozy visiting areas. Appreciated the access to paddleboards and kayaks to have a paddle on the water. John was very communicative and friendly, and provided lots of great info regarding the property and area. Amazing stay!

Great stay in North Van! Lucy made sure we had everything we needed and the house was very nice. If you visit, do yourself a favor and visit both Lynn Canyon and Cleveland Dam. Both are nearby and have great photo-ops! We would certainly stay here again.

Neil's place was beautiful! In walking distance of parks, amenities and easy access to 2 main bus routes that take you downtown. The space is very clean and comfortable. The only thing to note is you can hear some noise from the neighbour's and a little bit of traffic but overall a great stay!

Her place was cute, comfortable, and has many extra amenities. The neighborhood is quiet. Her kitchen is well stocked as well as her bathrooms. Very clean and bright . Easy for Uber to get into. Would stay here again if I ever come back. Thank you Rachel!

Andrew’s place was perfect for our 5 night stay. It had everything you could need and even has washer dryer which was brilliant Place was spotless and easy with the self check in. We arrived a bit early and Andrew managed to get the place ready early which was massively appreciated after a 10 hour flight The neighbourhood is beautiful and a nice separation from the busy places in the city. Walkable with a few inclines over to the lonsdale quay station. Place was easily found as well The bed was extremely comfy and the place is quiet at night so every night was a good sleep If we were to come to vancouver again we would definitely be looking for this place again

Wonderful stay at this Airbnb! Our hosts were awesome to deal with and communicated before, during and prior to checkout. Checkin and checkout were easy and uncomplicated. All necessities were there plus Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryer, iron and Ironing board. It was warm outside and we appreciated the tower fan. Bedding and pillows were comfortable. We really appreciated the nespresso pods for our early morning coffee. Wonderful stay for two people. Thank you Mackenzie and Jessica!

This location is very nice, it's near the southern point of the downtown which is easy walking distance to Davie Street which has a lot of stuff to do. The house is a large unit that's been subdivided and renovated to be very modern inside. The kitchen is well stocked with cups, pots, pans and utensils and each bathroom was roomy and felt well maintained! There is a washer/dryer in-unit which was very convenient! There is some construction nearby, but the noise is minimal in the mornings and I wasn't bothered by it at all. The floors seem to be heated in the bedrooms which is fantastic! I would definitely stay here again.

What an incredible stay – the perfect introduction to Vancouver. The views were absolutely stunning, stretching for miles across the city, sea, and mountains. Thoughtful touches throughout, like binoculars to borrow and everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent – easy walking distance to restaurants, sights, and the waterfront – and we really appreciated having a free central parking space. The host was very responsive, and the apartment felt safe, secure, and spotless. Highly recommend.

This is an amazing place. It’s spacious for two but cozy at the same time. The apartment gas a great vibe and is nicely furnished. Plus, the bed is super comfortable too. Marian was always super responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed the neighbourhood. There are great restaurants and cafes very close by. We felt perfectly safe in the apartment and surrounding area (we are from a big city, so we’re quite used to neighbourhoods like Gastown).

Perfect place to stay for our group with 4 adults and two kids. We loved the views!

This was an excellent place to stay, centrally located next to the rail to get around Vancouver. Also great restaurants within walking distance. The spot itself was well maintained and provided all the amenities like gym, pool, and sauna. Only thing was parking was tough to find upon arrival, took about an hour to find. Otherwise, it was an ideal spot to work & relax in with great views of downtown.

the condo is very clean, well kept, great details and in a very good location. what I did not like was the noise level. although its the 28th floor but the street and metro noise is surprisingly high for such a high floor. I would still go back again to this place as the overall stay was good. also the 3rd br is good for 1 person that is very easy going as it has no windows, no ventilation and no space to walk around. again everything was exactly like the photos so no surprises other than the noise level.

Everything is as expected. I appreciated the location - close to the T&T Supermarket, Sky Train, bus, and walking distance to many attractions. Clean and comes with everything you need. Nice views.

Iman responds immediately, which is really helpful when you are a stranger in town. Lots of local information. Really nice touches, drinks, snacks, fruit. Everything you could need and more. If I could think of anything missed, I would tell Iman privately, but genuinely I cannot think of anything, he has it all covered. Great city, top host.
