This is without a doubt THE BEST place I have ever stayed at in HCMC. We stayed for over three weeks and I was even a bit sad to leave. It’s clean, calm, matches the description, private and the hosts are super friendly and respectful. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Saigon and this one is available - book it before it’s gone. Amazing value for the price!

This place located in the best location in the city: restaurants, attractions, and quiet street. The facilities are the best. The whirlpool bath tub is just like any top hotels in Saigon.

Of all places in Saigon, this one is a must. Located on a quiet street but walking distance from the action, this house was what we needed. This unit is located on the Ground Floor of the house, past the piano and behind a curtain. We didn't know that 1st floor in Vietnam meant Ground Floor so that led to confusion trying to find the unit and we ended up in another room at first. The family lives upstairs and gave us privacy. Of course when sharing the house with a family with kids some noise occur - but nothing out of the ordinary and we would happily stay there again. Thank you!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The host was responsive and made sure everything went smoothly helped with early check-in. The staffs were super polite and friendly. The only minor downside was that the gate closed at 10 pm, but the security was incredibly accommodating and quickly helped me whenever I needed access. I do feel a little bad for waking them up, but they were always kind and helpful. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

Anh's place was a really refreshing place to stay at. After staying in multiple Airbnb which are usually apartment complexes or low-rise condos, it was nice to have a more local and private space to stay at. As described, you'll have the whole floor to yourself and access is via elevator. All the rooms have nice views of the sports complex so no large buildings to block your view nearby. The maid that comes by 3 times a week really helped to keep the place clean and take away the garbage. Overall, it was a great stay and no issues with anything.

10 minutes from the airport in a non touristic neighbourhood

It was a delightful experience. The attic was cozy, with beautiful decor that created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The neighborhood was quiet and serene, which provided a much-needed break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The location was also convenient, with easy access to local shops and restaurants. The host was friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in District 7.

I had a wonderful stay at Bac's place. She was very accommodating. Had cleaning up to twice per week and laundry as well. The cleaner as professional and friendly. It's in a good location. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop. Quite peaceful and chill. Downside is that the walls are pretty thin and so you can hear people's footsteps above you as well as people talking. And there are lots of ants in the apt. Other than this, I had a great stay and would stay again.

I had a short but pleasant stay here which is conveniently located nearby the airport for my domestic trip in VN. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a hospitable and friendly host who helped me check in with ease. Anh's place was perfect for our stay in Ho Chi Minh City. Located in the heart of District 1, everything that we wanted to do, from sightseeing to shopping to eating good food, were within walking distance. The apartment was spacious and aesthetically done with all amenities. Beds were super comfortable and the air conditioning was a bliss every time we came back home from long walks. Thanks to Anh's apartment, we had a great time in Ho Chi Minh City. I would love to come back and stay here and I highly recommend everyone planning a trip to Ho Chi Minh City to stay at Anh's place.

Nice team, they helped me everything even doing the laundry. Fast and flexible check in, nice neighborhood, a lot of good food, easy to walk around, convenient store downstairs, the room was clean everyday. 5/5 rating!

Loved this place! The building has everything you need—multiple coffee shops, Citigym, ATMs, and several convenience stores—all close to District 1 without the intense bustle. Tons of great restaurants nearby too. The host was incredibly responsive and very helpful with recommendations for restaurants, bars, and arranging airport transportation. The only suggestion I’d make is to perhaps add a few more kitchen items, like a coffee maker, blender, and some extra utensils. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants easy access to the best spots in Saigon. You can comfortably walk everywhere—just be mindful of the scooters, as they can be intense!

The place is roomy and very well-located in one of the most vibrant areas of the city. Van is very responsive. I enjoyed our stay.

I would highly recommend this rental. Description and photos are exactly as advertised. It's practically in the city center distruct 1 slash 4. It's located near the bridge where you can walk to the city center. I would remind the host to always have two sets of bedsheets, pillow cases, and bed covers.

It’s tucked away in a small street, but that just adds to the charm—there’s so much to do right outside! From cute cafés and relaxing spas to street food stalls and even a Michelin-star restaurant, you’re spoiled for choice. Despite being in such a lively area, the apartment itself was super quiet and comfortable. The host was amazing—super responsive and always happy to help with recommendations or any questions I had. Everything about the space felt thoughtfully put together, from the decor to the little details that made the stay extra special. Whether you're visiting for a short trip or a longer stay, this place has everything you need. Honestly, I’d book it again in a heartbeat :)
