A sleeping area that can accommodate 2 people (bunk beds). a living room and open kitchen overlooking a 20 m2 terrace facing the lake, the latter is equipped with modern garden furniture. The lake, mountain, and pool view will delight the most discerning. Garage on the ground floor for 2 cars.
