Really enjoyed my stay at this beach house. Had everything you needed and was a short walk to the beach and restaurants.

A great stand-alone residence... excellent parking, very quiet and private, well equipped and easy access to major highway and local towns. Highly recommended..

We stayed with two young kids and had the best week at the beach! The house was lovely, exactly as pictured and with so many great amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals each day and even had a booster seat for our 2 year old. The kids play room was a big hit with lots of fun toys and books. We loved being able to walk to the beach, a quick and easy 5 minute walk, to a beautiful and secluded section of the coast. It was a quick 5 minute drive to Manzanita to pick up groceries or coffee and easy access to the 101 for checking out other local beaches. The location is really special and we had such an amazing stay. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We definitely hope to return!

This house was very cute and clean. The beds were comfy and the room set up was perfect for our group. The location was 2ish block from beach access with stairs and a (steep) ramp. A great place to stay!

We always enjoy our stay here. It’s been a few years since we were able to visit - word got out and I’m terrible at planning ahead lol. Hot tub is awesome. Nice fenced yard for the doggo. Games and movies. Well stocked kitchen. Short walk to Siletz Bay and Pelican Brewing. Love that it’s at the south end of Lincoln City and not directly in all the hubbub but only a short drive to activities. Definitely will return.

Perfect location, quiet neighborhood and close to the beach. Place was clean and stocked with essentials.

Perfect spot for my husband and I. Very cute home. Loved that it’s on a private street, so you feel like you’re on a little hidden getaway at the top of the hill but still close to all fun things in Newport! You can walk to coffee and a mini mart right down the road! Hope to book again!

Heathers place was absolutely amazing! Decided to try by the bay this time and this place was perfect for it! Literally a walk to the beach and mo’s. Super quiet and clean, perfect for our family of four plus dogs.

I recently stayed at Andy’s beautiful, dog-friendly Airbnb with a stunning ocean view, and it was the perfect peaceful escape. The space was clean, cozy, and full of natural light. The host was incredibly thoughtful. They provided dog dishes and a comfy dog bed, which made traveling with my pup so easy and comfortable. Although it rained during most of the stay, coming from California, I actually found it refreshing. The sound of the rain and the view of the ocean made for a calm, cozy atmosphere indoors. The area was quiet and serene, and check-in was smooth and simple. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax—especially if you’re bringing your dog along. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Terrilynn's place was everything we were expecting and more! A last minute family trip to the coast resulted in SANDY children and lots of laughter. Eric and Terrilynn were responsive and friendly throughout our visit, and accommodating to the furfamily we brought along for the trip. Definitely plan to make this a reoccurring place for family summers.

Really nice place to stay at that allowed us to bring 2 dogs. We had great sleep, easy times cooking and enjoying the favorite shows on the evening. The Oceanside beach was only a minute drive,and we loved nearby market that features vegetarian samosas. The house has an inviting space in the front surrounded by flowers - that was our favorite spot for morning tea.

11/10, loved rockaway cottage! Perfect for traveling with two littles. The crib was an awesome addition so we didn’t have to bring a packnplay. Great location, Short little walk to the beach. Great little fire pit in backyard, and sand for our toddler to play in while we weren’t on the beach. All the necessary amenities for cooking at the house. We Appreciated the kids books and beach toys. Friendly and responsive! Would love to stay here again!

Jennifer & Mike were so pleasant - warm welcome- very helpful to tired travelers. Their place is a quaintly, skillfully remodeled vintage motel. We loved it & highly recommend!

Loved the view and vibe of the cottage. We only had a short time in Newport but loved the time we had there. Enjoying the deck, watching the sunset wiuld be hard to beat. So beautiful!

We had a lovely stay right on the beach! The sounds of the waves and watching them was perfect for some salt water therapy! Had sand buckets for the beach and kites for kite flying. So close to many things yet far enough away to enjoy the space. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

My girlfriend and I stayed at Greycoast Cottage to celebrate our anniversary and had an amazing experience. The house was cozy, charming, and just a few minutes’ walk to the beach. It’s located just south of Lincoln City, so it is close enough to easily head into town, but far enough to feel peaceful and away from the crowds. It’s perfectly located if you’re also looking to explore other areas like Depoe Bay or Newport. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable, and the laundry was super convenient. There was a second bedroom with two twin beds (I think), so the space would be perfect for a family. There’s also a great backyard space for hanging out or barbecuing. Unfortunately it rained most of the weekend, so we didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we would have otherwise. Scott was a fantastic host, very communicative and happy to help with anything we needed. We’d definitely stay again!

This was a perfect place for me to stay while I worked on a writing project. It was just a six-minute drive from a fabulous beach (Oceanside Beach) with great tide pools , and only two minutes from the little beach at Happy Camp. I beach-walked for more than an hour each morning, then wrote for many hours, and finished up with meals at local places in Oceanside Beach. The weather was perfect, which for me means cool and breezy. The cottage had a partial view of the water, and was steps away from the little general store where I bought a few snacks and some delicious Indian food. The co-owner was quick to respond when I accidentally locked myself out, and was very helpful overall.

It is an adorable little place, very darling with the fun decorations. So cozy and comfortable. I couldn’t get over how nice the sheets were. I didn’t realize it was right off the main road, because I prefer very quiet, but when you go to the bedroom and close the door it is very quiet. And it is extremely well kept and clean.

This cozy cottage is a great place to visit the Oregon coast! We felt right at home and love the layout of the place. Very walkable to the beach, highly recommend to anyone looking to visit Lincoln City!

Quaint cabin that was perfect for our family of four! Our kids loved the upstairs bedroom and playroom area and cooking s'mores in the outdoor fire pit. Nearby access to the beach and town was also great! We loved our stay and can't wait to come back!

Had a lovely few days in Neskowin. Accommodation is as advertised with a great balcony to enjoy morning coffee and evening sunset. Didn’t take advantage of the outdoor fire pit, but Bethany had left us firewood and s’mores fixings if we had wanted to. Super handy to have extra camp chairs to take down to the beach. Bathroom and kitchen were well stocked with hand soaps, shower gel and shampoo, and beds were super comfy. Lovely quiet neighborhood within walking distance of hawk creek cafe and the beach. Lincoln city is a 20 min drive away.

The cottage was beautiful and close enough to the beach that it was only a short walk. The area is very quiet, and makes for a great setting to sit on the deck and enjoy the scenery and sounds of the ocean. This was easily one of my favorite places I’ve stayed in my travels and definitely plan on returning in the future. Tillamook is only about 10 minutes away, so convenience is still pretty close by.
