Monthly Rentals in Cloverdale

Abbie was a super friendly host. I asked her to update the photos on Airbnb 😄 because her place is much nicer than the pictures suggest! I had a peaceful time to do my work, and it was also lovely chatting with Abbie. This house will definitely be at the top of my list.

Location is peaceful and quiet. Host Bjay was very responsible and proactive in the communications, making sure me and family are well taken care of. Very comfortable lodging. Washing machine is available on site, would have been even more ideal if there is a drying machine. The place is also a short distance away from the airport, making it ideal for the first or last leg of journey in Perth. There is a Woolsworth at the airport too. Highly recommended location and will definitely come back for my next visit to Perth!

A fantastic home ! Thoughtfully furnished for a family or a group stay. The location was great ! The Belmont Forum is walking distance to this accommodation, supermarkets, bank, ATMs, restaurants, all are there, great amenities. It's a nice place to relax and chill with friends. We were pleasantly surprised with a basket of fresh fruits when we checked-in . The fridge and pantry was stocked up with the basic needs for the few days of our stay. Because of the fantastic accommodation and host, we had a great golfing holiday in Perth, Australia. The host was so kind to return a painting that we forgot when checked-out. Allan you are great !
