It is 1 studio, adjoining our house, with 2 beds in an attic mezzanine and a Rapido convertible into a bed in the living room. Private terrace to the east; Access to 1 part of the garden to the west. The house is located on the banks of Sèvre Nantaise at the foot of Tiffauges Castle. We rent out part of our house that we have made independent. The accommodation includes an entrance hall, a veranda, a studio (with a bed, a sofa bed, a kitchen and bathroom), a laundry room, a pleasant garden 20 m from the house: between shade and river! Many walks await you whether you like hiking, running, trail running or mountain biking.
