This place was perfect! The term cozy is an understatement. From the yard and throughout the home this place was so welcoming. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking needs. The bathroom was spotless and the heated floors were glorious. Best 3 nights sleep we have had on this road trip. my husband was ready to steal the mattress and linens. Our pups loved the large fenced in yard.

I recently stayed at Daniel's Airbnb while attending my uncle's funeral, and I cannot express how grateful I am for his hospitality. Logement propre, fonctionnel, bien équipé et décoré. Beau quartier résidentiel, calme, arboré. Proche de la station de bus qui vous emmène rapidement à une station de métro pour le centre ville et les différents sites touristiques. Place de parking pour un véhicule. Logement qui mérite largement ses bonnes appréciations. Je recommande vivement.

It's a great cozy place to stay as it says. The place is very close to the busline, which can take you to the train for the city. Howevr, I have 2 minor things: the path from street to the place where you stay is not ideal, requires climbing down the stones placed on the slope. Also, if you are a tall person, your knees might touch the bathroom cabinet while using the toilet.

Easy to walk and take the metro to DC. Kelly was willing to work with us on check in/out times. The home is fresh and beautiful. the 3 bathrooms are fabulous. The pullouts/fold up beds were comfortable and convenient. A wonderful place to stay. If you are cooking- bring your own spices, foil, spray oil, ziplocks, etc. Our extended family really enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at Jeannie’s home was perfect for a girls weekend. The cottage is decorated beautifully and has every amenity needed. The house is so close to so many activities and Jeannie provided great local recommendations. We had such a nice stay and recommend to anybody who’d wants to getaway to middleburg,

Eric’s place is wonderful in a very quaint neighborhood! Communication with Eric was excellent. The home is very comfortable and accommodating for families and large groups visiting. We were in town checking out the DC sites and the proximity from the home to the Glenmont Metro was close and easy. The kitchen is well equipped with just about every appliance or cooking utensil you could need to whip up a meal. There’s two washer and dryers and plenty of towels which is really convenient for large groups. The backyard hot tub was nice for relaxing especially after a 20,000 step day exploring DC (phew!) I would most definitely recommend this home and host!

Die Wohnung hat eigentlich mehr als fünf Sterne verdient! Alle Wünsche und Bedürfnisse anspruchsvoller Gäste werden zu 100 % berücksichtigt und erfüllt: wenn Washington, dann nur zu Eva und Marshall.

This is a great place to stay and tour the DC Metro area - provided you have a car. Most days it would take us 30 minutes to get to and from DC though if we hit rush-hour, it was as long as an hour. The space is tidy and great. My kids love the pool, though it was a little cold for me-they swam there every night. Jennifer is great to communicate if you have any needs she gets stuff done right away. Note that there is only one bathroom, which can be a pain if you have a full house of six people. The washer and dryer are small so it will take you longer if you’re used to a full size. She had all the cooking methods and appliances available. The theater room has Netflix and Amazon prime ready for you to watch a show. There is even a popcorn maker. We did not use the gym, but it was nice - comparable to a small hotel gym. Property is in the owner’s basement, so there is some sound from upstairs as identified in the listing. Host stays out of your way but is there if you need anything.

This place feels like home. A kitchen and a laundry room are all we need. The house is very spacious and has a great outdoor environment. This is a comfortable place. Gale responded to all questions promptly.

John and Adam were excellent hosts. There were very responsive to my questions and issues. I loved the grounds and very well stocked kitchen. I would gladly stay there again.

Jenna's place was great ~ it's exactly as described. We found it peaceful & relaxing, and we liked the proximity to public transportation.

This was our first time in Washington DC. This location is great with close access to the Capitol and surrounding monuments and museums. Elizabeth is very kind and helpful with places to go and things to do. There is a great neighborhood breakfast shop very close by and easy access to the subway and shared ride companies are easy to use at this location. The apartment is very cute, comfortable, and clean and Elizabeth provided many amenities to make our stay easy and comfortable. If we come back to visit DC, we will definitely look to stay here again! We have even recommended to our kids the next time they visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay Elizabeth!!

It was spacious, comfortable, and an absolute pleasure to stay in. What truly made this experience exceptional was the hosts. They were beyond amazing—thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure we had everything we needed. When we had an issue with the refrigerator, they didn’t just fix it; they replaced it with a brand-new one within two days! Their kindness and efficiency made us feel incredibly valued as guests. Spending a full month here, we truly got to appreciate how well-maintained and well-equipped the apartment was. It was a perfect home away from home, and we are so grateful for the hospitality we received. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic stay!

My family and I spent the weekend in Washington, D.C., and we were fortunate to find Emily's place at the last minute after our previous arrangements fell through. It was a wonderful experience, and the hosts were lovely people! The only challenge we encountered was the noise in the early hours of the day. However, I don't consider this a complaint; it's just something to keep in mind when booking a co-living space. We discussed the possibility of noise with Emily beforehand, so again, it's something to be mindful of. Overall, meeting this interesting and cool family and their dog Charlie was a good experience and an absolute pleasure!

We LOVED the Riverhouse! It felt like we were staying at our cool friend’s house. The decor is eclectic yet still comfortable. Gillian has everything you need in the kitchen, two grills, a fire pit, camping chairs, Adirondack chairs, and fishing rods. Gillian was also great and proactive with communication. If we are back in the area we will definitely book with her again.

This place was everything we wanted for an overnight getaway!! Jordan is very hospitable and thought of all the details needed for an enjoyable stay! This tiny house is gorgeous inside and out! We definitely recommend it!

Julia's place is an Idyllic setting - so tranquil, yet close enough to a great tavern for dinner. Amazing - we cannot wait to come back.

We loved our stay at Amber's cabin! It was the perfect place to feel surrounded by nature while still enjoying the creature comforts of home. Amber responded immediately to any questions we had. There were some really strong storms in the area our first night, and a fallen tree resulted in a power outage for five hours. Amber sent us updates from the power company throughout the evening, made sure we had candles and flashlights, and even checked on us the following morning. The location was perfect for exploring Shenandoah Valley National Park. The town is easily accessible and Martin's grocery store had everything we needed to enjoy meals in the cabin. There were plenty of coffee pods provided, greatly appreciated by these coffee drinkers. one Enjoying morning coffee on the screened in porch was icing on the cake! We also utilized a coupon provided for a local ice cream shop. So good that we bought some to go for another evening treat.

Great stay! We were in town for a wedding at Morais Vineyards and it was a perfect spot for our old high school group to be able to all stay together for the festivities!!

Reagan's place was so charming and perfect for our getaway! Everything was exactly as described. I appreciated the secluded and cozy nature of the cabin, but also the proximity to restaurants, stores and hiking trails. I highly recommend this cabin, and hope to return on a future getaway.

We had a great 2 night stay for our anniversary. The place was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Hot tun was very nice after a long day hiking nearby.

This cabin was absolutely perfect for a couples’ unplugged getaway! It was cozy, clean, and had such a cute and welcoming vibe — just what my husband and I needed to relax and reconnect. We brought board games,books, adult coloring books and had a blast spending quality time together. The cabin had everything we needed and more. It felt so peaceful and private, like our own little retreat. We left feeling completely refreshed and can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend for anyone looking to escape the noise and enjoy some real quality time!
