Fabulously beautiful location. Picturesque. Home was lovely, comfortable and delightful to stay in. Many great places to sit, enjoyable amenities. Host was kind to allow us some flexibility to support our family's needs. So appreciated! Highly recommend!

The house was great. clean, lots of towels, loved the hot tub. There are two things I would point out. The steps to the upstairs are very hard for people with mobility issues but there are four bedrooms on first floor. There are two single steps on the first floor.

Everyone enjoyed our stay here ! S’mores by the firepit, family games around the huge kitchen table and mornings rocking on the front porch rockers . We wished we could stay longer !!!

A must see for any Harry Potter fans! We were busy with a wedding weekend in nearby Leesburg, and it was a perfect place to be inbetween events. Lots of Hogwarts themed activities, including creative scavenger hunts and two escape rooms. Our kids and grandkids absolutely loved it. It is really a destination all by itself, and Nate was a perfect host.

Really lovely home. Well stocked and nice details like luxurious towels and soft sheets. Everything was labeled and well-organized. Very comfortable and great space for a family. Beds were comfortable. Kids loved the huge bathtub!

This home was the perfect place to celebrate my daughter’s graduation! We had family travel in from several states, and everyone felt comfortable and truly enjoyed the spacious layout. It was a bit too chilly to use the pool, but I’m already looking forward to booking this home again. I’ll definitely be a repeat renter!

We had a wonderful family reunion here with 3 generations. Each family had their own private space but there was tons to do on the property together as well. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and made sure we were comfortable and happy! We appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked, too.

This was the perfect city get away for a weekend trip! The location is great, in the country but also only 10 minutes from Middelburg shops and restaurants. The home was even better than pictured, especially the outside area. The yard, pool and outside seating areas were absolutely beautiful, just so peaceful. The home was absolutely lovely, very clean, comfortable and with all the amenities you would need, including in the kitchen. Really hope to come back, I would highly recommend this rental. Shirley's place is a fantastic little find. Pristine, spacious, welcoming. Great host. Only stayed one night so couldn't explore locally but saw several nice places to eat and ship at on my drive in. An approx 20 min drive from major DC attractions. Great neighborhood!

This house is a great find - it has everything you need to feel right at home and the house and yard are beautiful. The house is extremely well appointed and well stocked. The common area furniture and beds are very comfortable. The gas fireplace was perfect for cool spring nights. The back yard porch was a great place to hang out with comfy furniture, 2 grills, sun umbrellas and a gas fire pit. I love to cook and the kitchen had everything I needed and more. Diana is one of THE BEST Airbnb or Vrbo hosts that we have ever had. She was very responsive, knowledgable, friendly and detail oriented. My wife left her glasses and she mailed them to us overnight. The location is excellent - the neighborhood is peaceful, but very close to the town center stores and activities. Falls Church has a small town feel but is close to all of the attractions of the Wash DC metro area. The house comfortably accommodated me, my wife, our son and grandparents; one-level living was great for grandparents.

Probably the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed in since 2017 when I first joined. Furniture appears to be new and is in perfect shape. Beds are more on the firm side for sure but I slept just fine. TVs in all rooms. This place is very spacious. Home is new construction in a very nice neighborhood. About a 45 minute drive to DC depending on traffic. Very clear check in and check out-instructions, well lit path to enter the space. AC and heat are powerful, and the water heater is set to a nice temperature where you can really get a nice steaming hot shower. Ample parking on street but you can unload in the driveway which is nice. Definitely not the cheapest Airbnb in the area however I would stay there again if I needed to be in that area and I needed a place for four people. When we needed something the host replied and responded immediately and literally delivered what we needed to our doorstep! Thanks a lot Hammad, you’re the best 😁

The perfect house to stay in, our family could have stayed longer, we loved the porch area

We were celebrating my daughter’s Quinceañera party and we needed a place big enough to host my family coming from Texas and from El Salvador. The whole group was too big to host at our house and the place was closer to the venue than our house so it worked out perfectly. The house from outside looks like a normal house but once you get inside it’s filled with so many details and premium features that elevate the house to bring an awesome experience. The rooms were very spacious and the common areas were so comfortable and plenty of seating for a large group like ours The Game room was a hit not only with the little ones but for adults too It was a great experience, it definitely went above our expectations.

My family had a very pleasant stay. The house was clean, kid-friendly, and comfortable. My sons had a fantastic time on the half-pipe!

My stay was amazing. I enjoyed the living space for the two days that I was there ….beautiful backyard, but was unable to enjoy the fire pit due to the rain. The rooms were big and spacious clean very livable condition large kitchen two entertainment rooms. It was just beautiful. I had a wonderful time. Will stay again, but for more than just two days

Kimberley is an amazing host! The Carriage House is in a beautiful location and had all the amenities we needed for us and our two dogs during our 10-day stay. We look forward to our next visit!

A super convenient place for Quantico visitors. Place was clean and updated. Perfect for 2-3 people. Great for parents visiting son/daughter at Quantico.

Beautiful property. Pristine interior. It is in a heavily wooded area so expect a few insect friends on the patio, nothing too crazy though! We absolutely adored the house and will consider booking again in the future. Coffee on the patio in the morning was the BEST way to start the day ♥

There are so many wonderful things about this place, but ill try to be brief. The house itself is gorgeous and felt like home. It was nestled on a hill and felt very secluded and peaceful, despite being in the middle of so much to do. The walkability was incredible! Every day I walked to breakfast, lunch, dinner, and shopping. I brought my dog and its a very dog friendly area!! Lots of hiking around, as well. The town of occoquan is filled with shops and historic attractions. The host was very friendly and responsive, too! I can't say enough good things about this stay - highly recommend!

Wow, immaculate and very well appointed. Kitchen and baths were more stocked than most places we’ve stayed. Lush towels and great bedding. Very convenient location with easy access to highway but still felt private and tucked away. One of the best Airbnb experience!

Lindsay’s place was perfect. She’s thought of every detail. There are two bedrooms upstairs (each with a bathroom) and one downstairs (also with a bathroom). Upstairs is the pullout sofa bed and downstairs there’s also another tv area with sofa (no pullout) you could sleep on if needed. Everyone loved the home, amenities, and views. The build quality is very high as such you can tell they also visit and enjoy the home themselves. The home is about 15 minutes from Charles Town, and about 25 from downtown Harpers Ferry, with scenic drives to each one. Lots of hikes, coffee shops, wineries and breweries nearby. She was super responsive and helpful all along. We would 100% come back.
